West on the A35 from Dorchester, follow around Bridport, signed posted Hontion, until you see the sign for Symondsbury (Miles Cross) turn right, then almost immediately left to Symondsbury. The site is straight away on your right.
Heading East from Hontion on the A35 after you have passed through Chideock take the first left turning for Bridport and Symondsbury left again to Symondsbury site is on your right.

Westbay (known for filming TV drama Broadchurch) Eype beach, Golden Cap(at 191meters the highest point on the South coast) & the quaint village of Burton Bradstock
Weymouth - Abbotsbury Swannery, subtropical gardens and village are worth a visit, with beautiful coastal views of the Fleet Lagoon & Chesil Beach
Charmouth - Lyme Regis are both famous for fossil hunting & home of the famous Mary Anning palaeontologist, situated along the Jurassic coastline
Sidmouth - which has a donkey sanctuary on route
All these coastal areas can be accessed by car or the X53 & X51 bus. Also the open top bus is great in fair weather
The county town of Dorchester is within easy reach with a market on Wednesdays & has a good mix of eateries & independent shops. Also boasts a variety of Museums. Close by is the famous new town of Poundbury, well known for being planned & executed by now King Charles 111
Eggardon Hill is an impressive Iron age hill-fort with stunning surrounding country & coastal views
