The site is easily reached via the A10 road which travels through the parish of Shepreth, we have the river Shep on two sides of the property and a lake which is fed by the river on site. This brings a lot of animals and birds to feed and drink. The A10 links to the M11, A 14. Or A 505,A1. We are on Google maps.

There are three public houses and restaurants in walking distance, two coffee shops and a huge garden centre with restaurant.
We have a railway station 15 minutes away,a pleasant footpath walk by the river mostly,in Cambridge in ten minutes, to explore the old University city and many museums including the Fitzwilliam.
World famous Duxford Imperial war Museum in five miles away. Wimpole Hall and Angelsey Abbey are both National Trust properties. Audeley End is English Heretage.
Royston has as a 420 acre heath with views across the Cam valley.Shepreth Wildlife park is in the parish and we have the RSPB reserve a short walk/drive away up river at the springs.
