Directions
We are just outside of the town of Clitheroe which from the site takes about a 15 minute walk, the site itself sits right next door to the Edisford Bridge Pub, coming from Clitheroe heading down towards the river, you go over the bridge, up the hill where you will see the pub on the right, take the first right turning immediately after the pub, the site is behind the houses on the corner.
Using a SATNAV? BB7 3LJ Ignore it once you get to the top of the hill and the Edisford Bridge Pub is on your right Turn right and then immediate right again and youll find the site.
Nearby Attractions
Accessed with ease from your holiday base at Edisford Farm Caravan Park there are countless attractions for all family members and age groups to enjoy. Here are just a few suggestions for great days out and about in The Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley and other areas in this picturesque region of Lancashire.
Wildlife including Deer, Llamas and Goats provide great fun for all the family at Bowland Wild Boar Park. With childrens tractor rides, play areas and feeding the animals, this is a treat not to be missed and just two miles from the village of Chipping.
If you enjoy visiting ancestral homes, Browsholme Hall is the oldest surviving family home in Lancashire and is still home to the Parker family as it has been since 1507 - whilst Sawley Abbey dates back even further to the 1100s.
