Directions
From the A40 Monmouth: Turn left onto the A466 heading South East for 2.4miles towards Redbrook. Just before Redbrokk turn left towards Coleford, travel for 2 miles then turn left and head North along Scowles Road for 1/2 mile - negotiate a couple of hairpin bends and Greenacres is on your right. From Coleford: take the B4228 towards Monmouth for approx 3/4 mile. At Crossways crossroads turn left towards Newland and travel for 1/2 mile and we are on the left.
Nearby Attractions
We are 3 miles away from Clearwell Caves, an extensive natural cave system where you can walk through eerie iron ore workings and tunnels. Just around the corner is Puzzlewood with it`s ancient woodland walks, iron ore workings, outdoor play area, indoor wood puzzle, willow maze and a selection of animals. And over the road from that is Perry Grove Railway - great for kids! GoApe is approx 9 miles away - a brilliant tree top adventure with high wires, ladders, bridges, tunnels and zip wires taking you through some beautiful woodland at height! Visit the Crime over Time exhibit at Littledean Jail, the Forest of Dean Railway at Norchard, Hopewell Colliery with it`s undergraound coal mine tour, not to mention the miles and miles of beautiful walks and cycle tracks.
