Approaching Sutton on Sea from the A1111 via Alford, turn right at the roundabout onto the A52.
Cherry Tree is only 1.5 miles from this point, on the coast side of the road.

Sutton on Sea itself provides all that a holidaymaker will need, the beach is safe for bathing, there are a variety of independent shops, post office, tea rooms and restaurants, beautiful promenade with beach chalets.
Leisure facilities include sea fishing, surfing, golf at Sandilands Golf and Links 18 hole course. Bowling, tennis and horse riding locally. Why not bring your bike and cycle along the promenade or along the many approved cycle routes.
