By Car (from east) - From Ashbourne, signs for A52 Leek (Alton Towers). Through Mayfield for 1 1/2 miles until enter Swinscoe. Pass the Dog and Partridge pub on the left, 1/2 mile on we are on the right hand side marked by a green sign
By Car (from west) - On leaving Stoke follow signs for the A52 to Ashbourne. On reaching cross roads right to Ashbourne, straight over to Ilam, turn right and after ½ mile you will find us on the left marked by a green sign.
By Rail - Derby Station is 30 minutes by car
By Bus - Services operate from Derby bus station with local services to Swinscoe

Located at this most southern tip of the Peak District National Park the quiet and rural location offers an ideal base from which visitors, walkers and cyclists can explore the beautiful scenery and surrounding villages and attractions. The historic market town of Ashbourne is 3 miles to the east. Alton Towers is 5 miles to the west. The Tissington and Manifold cycle trails are within 3 miles Dovedale and the famous stepping stones are only a 3 mile walk using the network of public footpaths which run adjacent to the site. Chatsworth offers a full day out for all visitors and is a 40 minute drive from us.
