From the West and South Drive along the A63 to the direction of Hull. Follow signs for the Humber Bridge. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road take the first junction signposted A164 and Beverley. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A164.
Remain on the A164 and follow signs for Beverley for approx. 8 miles. You will then approach the A1079. Proceed straight on through two sets of traffic lights crossing the A1079. After the second set of lights approx. 250 m turn left onto Victoria Road. If you get to the roundabout you have gone too far!
Follow the road around to the left. There will be houses on your right and a field on the left. Keep following the road down until you reach the farm drive which is marked by a large white farm sign.
