This is a Location, Location, Location site. It's right next to a beautiful little sandy bay, with stunning sunsets and a wonderful café on the way down to the beach. The question we always ask ourselves is would we come again, and the answer is Yes, and we have, this year was our 3rd year here. And we'll be back again next year.
The facilities at this farm site are basic, they are all housed in the old animal buildings. There's 3 toilets in the women's but only 2 of them were accessible, due to the poor lighting in the 3rd and a very stiff door. BUT it is the poshest soap I've ever encountered on a campsite. The mixed showers are coin operated.
There are only 2 water point for the site.
It's dog friendly and the owner is very friendly and helpful.
My only gripe would be the bits of broken glass among some of the hardstanding, on some of the pitches, however, the owner assured us that this would be dealt with.
As said to begin with, we will definitely be going back to this site.

This is a "Location Location Location" site, just 2 mins from a beautiful sandy bay with stunning sunsets on a clear summer night. There's also a brilliant cafe with sumptuous cakes, ice creams and wonderful salads and sandwiches.
The site owners are both friendly and helpful.
BUT the facilities are basic. There are only 3 woman's and 3 men's toilets for the whole site (one of the women's was broken for most of our stay ) and 3 showers, which cost 50p.
However, they provided the best and poshest campsite soap ever (when it wasn't stolen). There is only 2 water taps for the site, so quite a trek if you are in field 3 or 4. I didn't use the washing up sinks so can't comment on these.
My biggest worry was the rubble hardcore that they have put down on the reserved pitches, this had lots of broken glass in it.
All that said, this is the second time we have been here and would definitely come back again.

Been coming here for a few years.
At first the basic facilities was fine for the few people visiting.
Now it's a much bigger site and in need of a larger toilet and shower block.
Fabulous shop, great beach, so my favourite site in the area.

Stayed here over bank holiday weekend for 3 nights with young children.
We were expecting basic facilities, this doesn't bother us, but at this site we found the amount of facilities completely inadequate for the size of the site.
There are 2 caravan fields (obviously these have their own onboard facilities) but also two massive camping fields. There are 3 toilets each for male/female (one of which was broken in the male block the whole time) and 3 showers for the whole site. Also only one sink in each block, so couldn't even go up to clean your teeth and wash face as people coming out of loos needed to wash thier hands!
The facilities are sited right by the entrance to the site (as far from the camping fields as possible). Had we not had our own loo we would have had to leave as queues and young kids do not mix!
Site location is brilliant with a short walk to gorgeous sandy beach with lovely sunsets. Cafe on site but service was so slow for 2 coffees we didn't bother trying for anything more.
Very noisy with a lot of big groups. No rules on quiet time either. Didn't bother us too much but it may put some off.
This place could be amazing with a little more investment. Such a shame.

We have used this site several times over the years and always found it friendly and it is in a superb location with a lovely beach and a good pub both in easy reach.
Facilities being somewhat basic does not bother me and in fact I dislike over-organized sites, a tap and a toilet suit me fine but this time the site seems to have become a victim of its own success.
Perhaps COVID has increased the numbers but I felt the facilities were rather under strain with queues both for the ladies toilets and washing up. More taps and upgrading the roads on site would also be welcome.
Having said that, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice site. Large fields plenty space. Peaceful despite number of units. Toilets a bit basic, only one sink. Showers 50p water hot. Good washing up area with plenty hot water.
Excellent child friendly Sandy beach 2 mins from site down path.
Coffee shop on site with some sandwiches and snacks.
Short walk through fields to village and pub. Pub closed Mondays.
Phone reception patchy.
Wood available to purchase for fires(off ground).

Stunning views and sunsets and fabulous friendly staff. Grass was a bit long and ended up with wet shoes when popping to the toilets and the showers were very basic but warm water and no frills camping.
The location on the coastal path was second to none.
Most of the campsite gathered on the beach (bottom of the site ) to watch the sunset it was a very touching and emotional moment and a great memory making experience. Thank you. 😊

Lovely relaxed site. Close to beach, but there is a steep incline to beach. Located on coastal path, great views.
Local pub / shop just 10 mins walk through farmland path.
Owners shop located on path to beach.
Owners are very friendly and helpful.
Toilets and showers clean. Take some 50p coins with you for the showers.

Lovely site, nice and open with plenty of space. We camped in the 4th field (first two are touring, seasonal pitches) then the other two were 'camp where you like' fields.
The last field that we were in had longer grass, and a bit further away from facilities (3x gents, 3x ladies, 3x showers, and two washups, with two small fridges and two small freezers - oh, and 800 steps we counted as a round trip!)
Location was lovely, 5-10 mins walk from the beach. Campsite relatively quiet, and perfect for groups.
