 Stayed one night heading north and booked a second for the return journey.
Good, spacious site with friendly helpful staff.
Facilities ok, pebble beach on the loch.
Fishing and boat hire on site.
Old railway track for walking, within a few hundred metres.

First of all thanks to Stuart the warden, what a credit to Drummond estates, very helpful and gave me some tips on what flies to use while fishing the loch, very welcoming warden
This is a fantastic site
Very very clean and looked after. very clean toilets and shower block
Very quiet and pleasant site
Will definitely be returning
Lovely part of the country, great scenery from side of loch
Very enjoyable trip
If it's sites with clubhouse and music you are looking for this ain't for you

Nice clean CL site. Beautiful location. Friendly staff.
Very good toilet / shower block, water provision and waste facilities.
We chose this site as it was one of the few open at this time of year.
We spent our 5 days hillwalking in the local area, which there is an awful lot of.
Excellent. Thanks Guys.

A lovely site, with 12 hard-standing pitches, a toilet and shower block (one shower/toilet stall per gender), and the friendliest staff you'll ever meet.
Mobile signal is limited/non-existent depending on your network.
Whilst there are no facilities in Lochearnhead, there are facilities in nearby Killin (10 minute drive) include a Coop and a couple of restaurants.
Callander (20 minute drive) is a larger town with a larger selection of shops and restaurants.
Other attractions easily accessible include:
* Glen Coe - 30-40 minute drive
* Loch Lomond - 1 hour drive
* Loch Katrine - 20 minute drive
* Aberdare - 25 minute drive
* Inverlochlarig (great place to buy venison) - 30 minutes on a single track lane
* Stirling - 1 hour
There's no facilities for children, such as a play area.

We received the warmest of welcomes from Stuart on arrival at this cracking wee site.
The shower and toilet block is kept immaculately clean and shared with users of the boat hire and fishing. Pitches are cleverly laid out so that every one has amazing views.
There is direct access to Loch Earn from the site via a small section of shoreline - ideal for wild swimming, kayaking or paddleboarding. Our teenagers hired rods and spent a day fishing in the loch after Stuart's invaluable tuition. They didn't catch anything, but as he said, that's why it's called fishing and not catching!
A very relaxing couple of days in a beautiful spot - we hope to return soon but for longer next time.

This campsite is a wee treasure it was our first time there and we’ll most certainly be back again
My wife even had her first experience wild water swimming in the tranquil loch with panoramic views
The two wardens that run the site are splendid friendly guys

Warden was very helpful and friendly. Organised fishing permit etc and we loved the freedom and peace with only around five pitches occupied.
Extended our visit by a day to play golf 5 miles away at St Fillian. What a lovely village and golf course superb.
Toilets and showers clean but limited to Two ladies toilets and one shower and similar in gents.
All necessary disposal facilities were good and drinking water available.
No complaints and would definitely return

A lovely site that we have used before on previous trips.
It is a medium size sire with a beautiful outlook over the loch.
Pitches are all hard standing, well spaced and separated with grass.
Facilities are excellent.
The Owner is a particularly friendly and helpful gentleman.
We really love this site and would h9ighly recommend it to th9ose wh9o like peace and quiet.

Lovely site right by the lock, quite, only 10 pitches,
Small but clean toilets/shower, drain for motorhome waste.
Run by a very friendly guy, nothing is to much trouble.

The site is in a beautiful spot, right on the edge of Loch Earn. The pitches are situated at the edge of the site facing a huge well kept grass area.
Facilities are spotless. The warden is very friendly and helpful. TV signal is poor to non-existent. We couldn't get any TV though our neighbours managed to get a few stations.
Hard standing pitches are exactly that. It was very difficult to peg down the awning.
There are no shops in the village but there is a Co-op a 15 minute drive away in Killin.
Would recommend this site if you want beauty, peace and quiet.
