First time at this campsite and what a gem it is,
The site has 5 fully serviced hardstanding pitches and electric grass and non electric grass pitches,
Facilities are in a static caravan which were nice and clean with plenty of hot water for showers and washing up,
I did like the separate recycling bins for, bottles, tins, cardboard, plastic, general waste, and the dog bin, it also has a locked coded gate at the entrance,
Terry the owner is a lovely bloke who always had time for a little chat with you when he was around on the site,
It's about a 30 minute walk to Exmouth town centre, which is all down bank, but if you didn't want to walk there is a bus stop by the site which the bus runs every hour to and from exmouth, where there is plenty to see and do, beautiful beach, boat cruise, pubs, shops,
There's a train station in Exmouth where you can go further a field for days out, Exeter, Dawlish, Torquay, paiton,
Would definitely recommend this beautiful site

We've been to this site twice now, and are about to go again - which should tell you everything you need to know about how we value it.
No need to describe the facilities, since others have done that pretty well - not new but well maintained and cleaned.
We haven't ever found road noise to be a problem.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned before is the Garden Centre 'just' up the road, "Kings", which does really good food albeit it isn't cheap.
The distance is easily walkable, but there is no footpath for much of the route and the traffic moves quite fast.

Spotlessly clean campsite and facilities, perfect location (was next to a road but very little noise).
Bus stop to Exmouth right by the entrance at £2. 40 each way. Very friendly owners and good pitches.
Dog friendly site but sadly no decent dog walks off site but somewhat compensated for by fair area to play at the end.
Would have scored 10 out of 10 but for that one small issue.

Nice little site however very close to busy junction and noisy cars and motorbikes through the night.
Very loud for my sister in her tent.
Toilets were shut still but many other sites have managed to open by now.
Lovely view of the estuary and sunsets.
Tap on each hard standing pitch.

Really nice site with beautiful views over the estuary.
Pitches are a good size and quite level. Electric and water available on each pitch but what a shame the water tap is right above the electric connection point.
Onsite facilities like refuse and recycling were excellent and there is a nice elsan point.
Our real concern with this site was the entrance and exit on the corner of a fast road used by traffic as a rat run, it really was quite scary.
The owners are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be obliging.

Just returned from yet another wonderful few days away at this wonderful campsite owned by Terry and Georgie. As always nothing was to much to ask for.
Our view from the caravan was perfect overlooking the estuary. We like the locked gate, makes you always feel safe, toilet facilities are very well kept (by Terry)
Yes, it’s next to a busy ish road at certain times, but absolutely no problem as my husband doesn’t like towing down narrow roads. Can’t wait to return in early October

My husband and I stayed here for a week. There are some lovely views from some of the pitches. The site is well kept and the facilities were always clean.
A nice walk down to Lympstone which is a quaint little village which took us about half hour. We walked to Exmouth along the coastal path which took us about an hour and half but more picturesque.
Exmouth is well worth a visit and about £3. 80 return on the bus. There are local shops 15 mins walk and a pub about 20 mins walk.
The only down side to this site is it is beside a busy road and we did find it intrusive.

This is a delightful site with wonderful views from some of the pitches. We stayed on a hard standing with hookup which was absolutely fine and clean. The owners are very pleasant and happy to chat and give you local information. The facilities are spotless and cleaned each day.
It is beside a busy road but the noise certainly didn't bother us. There is a pleasant public footpath about 200 yards down the road where you can walk your dog.
There is no dog walk actually on the site. Exmouth is a lovely bay where you can exercise your dog at the far end of the sandy beach. The best recommendation I can give is that if we are ever in the area again we shall certainly stay here.

What a great find close to Exmouth. Our pitch was labelled when we arrived and was on hardstanding. This was much appreciated as we had some serious rain during our stay.
Toilets/ showers/ washing up facilities were cleaned daily and were spotless. Terry and Georgie were very helpful and friendly and provided printed bus timetables.
The site is handy for local buses with the bus stops almost outside the site. Will definitely head for this site again.
Thank you Georgie for holding my provisional booking till I could confirm our arrival date.
