We arrived here early evening on the Saturday. When we called to book we where advised to pitch up and then someone would come to collect our money.
The Site is lovely, one acre of flat perfectly kept grass. We set up along the hedge and went for a wander to find the toilets.
There is one large room with a toilet, shower, two sinks and large washing up sink.
The shower is basic but it was warm and there was plenty of room to change without getting your clothes wet. There is an additional toilet and sink in another room around the back.
There where three other campers on the site.
The site was very peaceful, a lot of trains went past while we where setting up, but by 9pm they had stopped. I had the best nights sleep ive had in the tent in a while!
We only stayed for one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. I would recommend a visit to this site. It is a bargain at £10!
Only criticism I have is that its not very well sign posted and we drove straight past at first!

Great small site that accepts just 5 units. No EHU, which we had no problem with and it is well advertised by the site on their website and when you ring to book. On a working farm with great owners who are there as little or as much as you need them. They give you a lovely leaflet when you arrive with a little bit of info about them and the area and a good short walk around the farm.
If you are towing you need to swing out wide to the right when arriving at the end of the drive as you double back on yourself to get into the field. The farm driveway is quite long and has no passing places, though you can see nearly all of it from one end or the other so can see if anything is coming or not.
It was pretty windy when we were and the bottom of the site was the most sheltered so you can end up with all 5 units allowed down at the bottom together. However, with a bit of careful pitching you could overcome the wind (if it was a problem) and pitch further up the field away from everyone.
The shower (1) and toilets (2) are very basic and are housed in the end of a large barn. They are very clean but if you don't like spiders, this is not the place for you. They are also open at the top so you could get chilly when you are drying off after your shower. We didn't find we got much colder than we do at sites with heating in them. The shower was hot & the cubicle was huge. It drained really well and had plenty of space to get changed in. Plus a chair and plenty of hooks to put stuff on. I rather liked the rustic feel of them to be honest.
There are two washing up sinks but they only have cold water. It just means you need to bring a boiled kettle with you for the hot. Again they were very clean.
There is a high speed train line not far from the site and the HS trains that travel along it do make a heck of a noise, sounds a bit like a jet engine! However, you do strangely find yourself getting used to it, and whilst you don't stop hearing them you are not so bothered by them. We found when we walked up to the line that there are actually a lot of other trains using the line that you don't even hear. They do run through the night but not as often. With earplugs in though I never heard a thing.
All in all we would recommend this site and will be visiting again.

We wanted to go local over May Day bank holiday and chose this site as it was 17 miles from home.
The cost was £12 per night for a family of 4 and we stayed for 3 nights.
The campsite was very basic, just a field on a working farm. Apart from the noise of the trains and sheep it was very quiet only 5 tents/caravans allowed at any one time.
Facilities are extremely basic. Toilet shower and washing up facilities are in an old barn.
You are free to wander around the farm and our children loved to meet the horses and sheep every day. Seeing 15 minute old lambs made our weekend.
Nearby we visited Lichfield which has a cathedral, parks and shops. We visited Fradley Junction which has a lot of locks on a canal, there is a pub and cafe. We also went to The National Memorial which was moving and peaceful and a lovely walk.
Although the site was basic we just wanted to chill out and we did not want to leave in the end. I don't think I could have stayed for a week due to lack of hook up and toilet and shower facilities but it was perfect for a few days.
We would return for a short break especially in the Spring to see the lambs

On arrival greeted by a very friendly lady and her 2 dogs. We had 1 nights stay here while visiting friends. Very basic. No electric hook ups. Just a field. 1 shower and 1 toilet. 1 basin. Facilities for washing up, all inside. Guess there could be queues if it gets busy. Not sure if I would return here. My husband would. I guess it is great if you like the farm life. Give it a try. Don't just take my word for it. £10 a night for 2 adults.

Just returned from a stay of 3 nights at Fullbrook Farm. We had a fantastic time, and our two young children had an amazing experience.
The owners are friendly and took the time to show the children the various animals, and my two boys were delighted.
The campsite itself was quiet and peaceful and the walks around the farm were full of awe and wonder moments.
We didn't notice the noise of the trains (as mentioned in the other reviews) after a while, and I loved the cockerel crow in the morning.
Facilities were basic but adequate and the shower was always hot, and we didn't get charged extra for this.
In the local area there is Fradley Junction, where you can watch the canal boats, go pond dipping and get a good pub lunch.
Lichfield itself has a lovely cathedral and a park with a good children's playground.
We would highly recommend this site and we will definitely return.

Just spent our first night camping at Fullbrook Farm and enjoyed every second, even with the rain. Just one other tent on the field. It was lovely and quiet. Had a visit from one dog and a curious cat who really wanted to know what was in our cool bag.
The toilet and shower block were clean, and complete with washing up area. As only there for one night we didn’t use the shower but it all looked fine.
Two picnic tables are available, but due to rain we didn’t get to use them.
Went to Fradley Junction from here and ate at the Swan Inn, food ok if a bit pricey for what it is, but wine went down a treat as we watched the narrow boats coming up and down the canal.
Woken at 3.40 am. with the cockerel’s crowing constantly at 30 second intervals. Next time will definitely take ear plugs. Perhaps a tip – pitch as far away from the farm house as possible and perhaps they wouldn’t have been so loud!
Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely use this site again, perhaps for a longer time, and after checking the weather forecast.

We arrived to a very friendly welcome from the Farmer and his Daughter. After an introduction to the two lovely dogs we had a nice tour of the farm and camping facilities. This tour excited the boys who enjoyed the atmosphere, smells and sounds of a real working farm.
The camping field area is nicely positioned, well drained and secure. We set up our tent just by the picnic table.
The facilities are just what is required of a rural camping experience, If you want 5 star facilities then book into a hotel.
We took everything we needed for our short stay, so there was no need to leave the site. The tourist information leaflets gave us an idea of what to do on our way home.
We awoke to the countryside alarm clock of -'cock-a-doodle-doo' & 'Baa' Brilliant!
George and Eddie have asked to go back for another stay. And that is all I need to know to book in again.

This was our very first camping experience as a prelude to touring Scotland next month. We are completely sold on camping. Everything on the approximately one acre site is as it says on the box. Clean single toilet and shower, wash basins, washing up sink, chemical toilet disposal, recycling bins, water point but no electric hook up. We have ASDAmobile - good signal.
It is a working farm predominately used as stable management but with some other interesting livestock. Especially the two dogs.
An idyllic site but not for the light sleeper. There is a railway nearby and some permanently in season cockerels. If you like farm sound this is a must visit. If not possibly think again.
No pub in walking distance but good meals at Fradley Junction and Lichfield.
If available make for the east corner of the site.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this friendly & delightful working farm. The camping site is lush & very flat , making pitching much easier & of course more comfortable on the old back!
The camping area is also nice & safe for your dogs and children because it has been fenced off from the rest of the farm. Our border collie loved time off his lead, racing around with my 7 year old nephew on a regular basis (it was great because there was only one other tent in the field who also had children a friendly dog in tow)
The working farm adds to the ambience. Cattle, sheep, horses, hens & their chicks, cockerels & cracking regular air displays from the resident swallows (I think.)
We will be returning to this site again next month for another dose of weekend respite :-)
