Nice, rural site on a working farm. Just one toilet and shower, and no washing-up facilities. Flat site, good for camping. Some noise from the nearby high-speed rail line, but also lots of sounds from the birds and farm animals! A good countryside site close to the pretty town of Lichfield.

Having just returned from this charming little Farm after a weekend, I have to tell you that this is the most beautiful, peaceful site I have visited yet.

The site offers no electric, and at the moment there is a single toilet, housed in the stables, complete with its own birds nest and birds, which is extremely charming, and you can hear the horses. There is a Chemical disposal unit and a water point. On talking to the owners, I understand that they are in the process of upgrading the facilities to a family sized toilet and shower block. But this really wasnt a problem for us, or the other 15 units that we attended with on a Rally with UK Campsites.

The Farmer, family and staff were extremely good with the children around the farm, allowing them to look at the horses and other animals.

A lovely quite and peaceful site, offering scerenity and beauty.

I would gladly return here either in a rally or alone.

This really is a must visit site.

We have just returned from this site after a weekend there, it is a picturesque little cs site on a working farm surrounded by lots of horses, there is only one toilet there at the moment but the farmer is in the middle of installing a family sized toilet and shower room. The site owners are very friendly and welcome anyone to have a look around the farm.

Although there is no electric provided for camping this site is an excellent little oasis for soaking up the countryside and completed by the sound of the farmyard cockeral in the morning, we will definitely return to Fullbrook farm.

Fullbrook Farm is a 'certified site' on a working farm with basic facilities. It has one toilet in a barn adjacent to the field which is very well appointed with proper soap, an old style butler sink (with cold water), a mirror, a fresh towel every day and a plant! It is in the barn / stables to share with the horses but kept very tidy! There is another toilet that we could have used within the farmhouse (did not need to - no queues here!)

There is also a chemical disposal point (which we did not make use of). The field itself is level, fully enclosed (when the gate is shut) and is close to the farmhouse and the above mentioned barn / stable and the track leading to the farm. Two sides open onto fields with livestock and two sides have got some shelter from hedges / trees.

We got a pretty sheltered spot in a corner and enjoyed a great three night stay!

The hamlet of Curborough has a Craft Centre, Farm Shop and Garden Centre plus tea shop which we passed on our way to Lichfield.

Lichfield is only a 2 to 3 mile walk away and a cafe next to the Cathedral offered some nice cream teas.

We can also recommend a walk to Fradley Junction where the Trent and Mersey meets the Coventry Canal. The Swan Inn allowed dogs not only in the bar but also in the lounge!

The owners were very friendly and helpful pointing out a walk around the farm for us and our three dogs, where we saw cattle, horses, sheep and geese.

It is a great site in a great location; depending on the wind direction you can hear a bit of traffic or train noise, but the cockerels and local wildlife were doing their best to make you feel in the middle of nowhere. Would certainly visit again and can highly recommend it!
