This a great site, very quiet with excellent views of surrounding countryside,

The shower and toilet block was very nice and clean,

The owner is a very nice and helpful, I would recommend this site, here’s to our next visit.

A lot of people on the site have been going there for many years all very friendly.

Lovely quiet site, clean showers and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Great dog walking area,

The one track lane to the site can be a little scary if you meet another vehicle,

All in all had a lovely stay and would stay again

Lovely little campsite with great views across the Devon countryside, ample space between each pitch gives a nice feeling allowing everyone to have there own spot.

Facilities were very well equipped and clean.

Must try fish & chips and farmers arms pub in the local village Woolsery, food is excellent with a impressive attention to detail. Great drinks too!

Would recommend this site highly, hope to return soon.

Wonderful views, very quiet area no traffic noise.

Lots of space between each unit.

Really lovely family running the site,

Very clean toilet and shower block, an added bonus is the washer and tumble dryer.

Close to many amazing beaches and gorgeous countryside.

Easy to find following the directions provided by the owner.

Instructions at the gate inform you to find your named pitch and set up.

The owner, Vicki later came with a friendly welcome giving a quick rundown of the site, facilities and what's available in the area.

Facilities are basic but very clean with thorough covid rules and plenty of sanitisation products available.

A washing machine, tumble drier and fridge freezer are available on the washing up room.

Off the beaten track, along a single track lane, about a mile from Woolsery village which has a Co-op store, a pub and a fish & chip shop. Nearby is a milk vending machine with a large selection of flavours for shakes.

A lovely, small, friendly campsite with a mix of tents, campervans and caravans.

Excellent site but you must like peace and quiet, which it has in abundance, to enjoy it.

Situated on a gentle slope for the most part and in glorious countryside, the pitches are huge and the facilities, which are basic but spotless, first class.

The road adjoining the site is the opposite of busy and hardly any vehicles use it each day.

The site is a short distance from the local village, Woolsery, which you can see in the distance but not hear.

The owners, who are at the working farm across the road, are very friendly and helpful, but keep out of the way for the most part which I like.

The proof of the pudding is that we shall return.

Great setup. Friendly and prompt reply/info with Vicki.

Quick and easy arrival details - track and trace and deposit of money - great value for money.

Listening to the cows mooing in the distance and the robins singing

A smashing site, you pitch around the edge of the field, which allows you to appreciate the view.

The facilities were excellent and clean and generally not busy. Even though we were the during the hiatus in covid we never felt unwelcome and Vicki who runs the site was always very pleasant and made the more stringent hygiene recommendations easier to follow.

The local village is a 15 ish minute walk and there is a shop, pub fish and chip shop etc. All in all a lovely rural site. Bear in mind it is unfortunately not really walking distance from the beach but is a short drive.

I would recommend it.

We booked for 3 nights but we are having such a relaxing time we have decided to stay for a few more.

Very friendly site with large pitches and clean and very well organised facilities all at very reasonable cost.

Covid permitting we will return.

A really lovely peaceful site. It's basic, but there's EHU, clean toilets, 1 shower each for men and women, washing up facilities and a tumble dryer for those soggy item, what more do you need?!

Expect a really friendly welcome from Vicki who has loads of information about the surrounding area, best beaches to visit etc.

The pitches are huge and well spaced, we had more than enough room to take into account social distancing. Vicki had put SD measures in place which worked well.

We were due to stay 7 nights but headed home when Storm Ellen hit, 1 night of gale force winds was enough! Vicki was on the campsite at midnight making sure everyone was safe and well.

Dogs are made very welcome and there's a huge meadow to exercise them in off lead which was fab.

There's a lovely shop, fish and chip shop and pub locally. If you decide to go to the beach at Bucks Mill then be prepared for the steepest walk I have ever done on tarmac! Absolute killer!

If I could ask for anything to be different it would be for a path to be mown around the dog field, it's a very wet job walking through hay length grass!
