Emma was a delight to communicate with and the booking went without a hitch, despite my needing to change it slightly at the last minute. The campsite is basic and in its infancy (only opened last year) but that didn't spoil it one bit!
It wasn't busy, only a few tents pitched up which was great as there is only 3 female toilets and 2 female showers, and 1 family shower unit. I expect there will be more as they get established. There was plenty of space and would be even when busy, there are hawthorn bushes planted and this time next year the wind protection will be top notch!
There is a little shop that is open in the morning and again in the evening stocking all the essentials, including firewood and starters to supply your own campfire, they even provide wheel rims to put your fire in! Fabulous, as the weather was damp and miserable so the fires made up for the cold! We didn't take our dog but they're welcome and the area for tents with dogs is kept separate from the rest of the campers which was a nice touch as kids didn't upset the animals and dogs didn't upset the campers.
Plus points: Space, location, reception and undercover washing facilities, showers (HOT and CLEAN!)and information about the local area and weather was a nice touch, freezer for ice blocks
Could do better: More showers and toilets for when you're busy? and please don't cut the grass at half 7 in the morning? Perhaps a children's play area eventually?
Would I go again? Most definitely and I would recommend this site highly. Thank you Emma

Having just returned from this site, I think I must've been reading reviews from another! Although the owners are helpful, this site is overpriced, and not worth the money. There are only 4 female toilets/showers, along with a family shower (which was freezing) and at times people were queuing only to find a cold shower, which the owner was aware of but hadn't fixed. Same for the men - remember this site has 100 pitches! Facilities are housed in a portacabin, which isn't ideal or comfortable i. E nowhere to put your towel etc although the owners claim they're planning to build a more permanent block when planning is approved. The fields have little shelter, and its in the middle of open countryside, so quite windy. New hedges have been planted but these will take some years to establish. There is also no lighting except in the portacabin area so the fields are very dark. Some nice touches were soap in toilets, daily weather forcast and a freezer for ice blocks but these don't make up for what is lacking. If you're after a 'wild' camping experience and don't mind paying a lot for it, then this is for you, but if you expect a bit more bang for your buck choose somewhere else.

What an absolute pleasure it was staying at this campsite. Only been open since the beginning of this August but you'd think its been established for a number of years.
The owners, who also own the adjoining working farm, greeted us with a warm welcome. Given the basic chat about what's what and was left to pitch where ever we wanted in either of the two real big, flat fields, one being dog friendly.
Reception/shop has all the standard amenities you might need. Plus a fridge which was always well stocked. Very handy during the warm weather !
Plenty of leaflets for local attractions. The Big map on the wall of the area is a great help.
Campfires are welcome. Reception has a spade for you to dig your own firepit. Firewood is cheap at £4. 50 and comes with kindling and firelighters. Bricks are available if you need to prop up bbq's etc.
The two toilet blocks were ample. Very clean and replenished daily. Always hand soap available at the wash basins. There are also two shower blocks, one for men and women plus another for families. I will add that the mens showers are a little small, especially for a big guy like myself, but there are 3 cubicles so no queueing. It's certainly no con. Again, showers were always clean.
Two large sinks adjacent to the shower blocks for washing up.
A great place for base camp as only 30 minutes to Cromer which has lovely sandy beaches, or 15 minutes to Sheringham which has a beautiful national trust park.
I wish the owners well with this site and I know if I'm back this way again I'll be pitching my tent here !

Would definitely recommend this site. We stayed for over a week and there was more than enough to keep two little people and adults occupied.
Emma went above and beyond with helping organise our days and also explaining the farm workings in a way the children could understand.
Toilets and showers were always clean and well stocked. The shop had all the necessities in.
Had a lovely stay and will return soon.

Very good campsite!
We did have trouble finding the place however once we got our bearings of the area and kept a look out for the signs we found it.
Very welcoming toilets were very clean and didn't have any nasty smells which is very pleasant, the showers were fine clean and hot, Camp fires allowed in the fire pits. Firewood was a reasonable price and included a fire lighter which is handy.
It gives off the impression that it has been running two years not two weeks.
So all in all a worth while stay and will return next august, hopefully earlier next year if NNDC give the go ahead.

New site. Plenty space around the edge of three large meadows. Location 10 mins from coast by car, with lots of cycling and hiking nearby. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They allow campfires and its a lovely site to see them all roaring(although I'm not to sure how that will leave their meadows looking in a long season).
The camp was busy but it still was very quiet through our weekend stay, by 11pm the place was asleep.
The showers are clean and tidy with plenty toilets and bins dotted around. The camp has a shop opened most of the day selling all the usual stuff we need.
Its a new site, good luck to the family who run it, I wish their business all the very best.

This campsite is an absolute delight to stay!
Facilities:-
There are plently toilets and showers available and the owners always make sure they are clean and tidy.
They provided charging point for those who can't live without their phones in the office during office hour.
Campsite:
It is spacious and peaceful, you won't hear any train, cars, or planes! There are good designated area for campfire as well! We were in the main field which there are lots of space, but we noticed that the dog friendly field is even bigger!
Location:
It is only 15 mins to Sheringham and Weybourne, and 25 mins to Cromer. There are many footpath and cycle route nearby!
The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they welcomed any suggestion on the campsite.
The only down side of the campsite is - the nearby pub has closed down!
