Okay, fourteenth site so far this year and a new favourite!
The owner is very friendly, you can choose you own pitch and there is a view of the (distant) sea.
Who cares if there is only the one loo, no hardstanding or electricity; this is proper camping.
Walks from the site take you to the cliff edge and the wonderful Bempton Cliffs. On our visit we got some great photographs of puffins, gannets and a countless other sea birds.
The atmosphere is so very relaxed - no rule list, no overbearing wardens, just a friendly hello and then you are left to your own devices. The site is on a working farm, so there are sheep, lambs etc to see - plus some gorgeous donkeys.
If you want entertainment, large toilet blocks and shops - avoid this like the plague. If you want to find yourself again in peace, quiet and the majestic North Sea, then this might be for you.
We loved it and can't wait to return.

I cannot recommend this site enough.
If your into wild camping, then this site is to it's basic ( only a toilet on site)no electric or hardstanding pitches, this is the site for you.
The welcome is second to none and location to match. If your into walks (short or long, cliff walks or across grazing meadows)with sea birds on every corner (just a small walk from site) and a view all over Flamborough heads.
This is a working farm so be aware that live stock are on site, but if your into a few day's to get away and unwind, this is the place to be.
As mentioned in location not to be confused with the commercial camp site at the turning for the lane that leads to WOLD FARM

Visited this site last weekend for the 2nd time. Owners are very helpful regarding local info. The new local takeaway delivered to us. Although in Flamborough, the site is surrounded by green countryside and has impressive sea views. We enjoyed looking at the puffins from the farm cliffs and took a 15 minute walk to RSPB Bempton. The coastline was spectacular. The site was level with well maintained grass. Looking out we could see the sheep grazing, the lighthouse and coastline as we enjoyed a bbq (the owners allow this as long as they are on bricks that are provided).
To summarise, this is an unspoilt site. We are booked in to return next week!

Just back from our first camping experience, perfect location, host Chris-very friendly and welcoming, very quiet, plenty of space, if you are looking for commercial site this not for you. 1 toilet no showers but well worth it due to perfect location, and the local pizza place delivers ! Lovely views very informal, donkeys a bonus.

As mentioned in previous reviews of this site, it really is quite tricky to find, however once found it is a small pleasant site, with very pleasant owners who really do have time for you and are very helpful.
The views really are spectacular from the site and are even better when you take the path along the edge of the cliffs. It was also nice to look out of the tent and see the lambs playing.
Unfortunately the weather turned quite sour on our first night, which was a blow as this was our first ever camping trip but we have not been put off completely mainly due to this being such an idyllic place (when the weather is right)
As for services there is a single toilet with a wash basin with constant hot and cold water, a bit small but just enough to keep yourself clean and they were kept spotlessly clean. Plenty of drinking water on tap and a chemical disposal for camper vans etc. All in all this is a site we will visit again but in summer.

Back from a short break at wold farm, as it was recommended by my sister, and we weren't disappointed.
Very helpful and friendly couple who run the site. It was nice and sunny for us and the views were excellent! we woke up looking across at the lighthouse and coastline. There was plenty of space, so we weren't camping directly next to anyone else.
It is about a mile and a half from the village which has plenty of pubs, chippy, co-op, newsagents, chemist, butcher and bakery. There was a private walkway to the cliff from the site which we all enjoyed, and being able to view the animals on the way. What a gem. We'll be back this summer!

Wow What a place
Friendly helpful farmer, Plenty of space, Fantastic views.
Although there is no specific play area for children there is plenty of room for them to kick a ball about and the farmer doesn't mind if they pet the farm animals. Only downside to the site is no showers there is also no EHU but that is not a downside in my opinion
From the farm is access to a walking path along the cliff top with spectacular views, excellent for birding
Flamborough is a short walk away with a tiny co-op for the stuff you forgot and there are many pubs to choose from. Local beaches have stunning views from cliff tops.
The lack of showers lowers my overall rating to 8 out of ten but otherwise a very good place to camp

A lovely site, great views, short private walk down to the cliffs to see the puffins. Lambing season when we went, lovely to see all the new borns.
Simple facilities, toilets which are very clean and heated! water tap and now have chemical disposal point. Second visit to this site and will be going again.
Farmer is very friendly and helpful always takes the time to have a chat and is very relaxed. Site does take a little finding but well worth it!

What a wonderful hidden place!
We are a little family of 3, 2 adults and 1 toddler and it was our very first camping trip and we were so lucky to find this campsite on this listing.
Everything about this site is wonderful, the settings were beautiful and a world away from the noise and urgency of being at home. The owners were so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Instantly they made us feel right at ease, knowing that the site was ran by such lovely people.
Our little girl loved visiting the friendly donkey's at the fence and going for lovely walks.
It is great for walkers as they have private walkways to the cliff edge and too for families as the price is excellent and is only a short drive to bridlington. When we stayed, there was both families, walkers and people there just to chill out and it worked for all.
At the moment they have water and cleaning facilities and a toilet with a hot and cold water taps. There was no showers, but this is already told to you on the website and when you contact the owners.
Will definitely be back again very soon and staying there lots more in the future!
