 This site was recommended to us and exceeded all expectations. Excellent Layout, loads of space around numbered and marked pitches. Access to the river and a great play area kept the children entertained. A great shower and toilet block with great facilities for campers. A short distance away from some great places to spend the day. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic site! Well maintained and the cleanest toilet block that we have ever been in! Also music while you wash etc!
The site is flat with plenty of room on pitches. Staff all friendly and only a 5 min walk to shops, pubs etc.
Highly recommended, in lovely surroundings by the river and lots to see and do in the area. We will be back!

A fantastic and well maintained site with superb toilet and shower block, utility room, laundrette, campers kitchen and even a library. Tent pitches are spacious and level and grass closely mowed with electric points and water close by. Lovely childrens playground. Village within walking distance with nice pubs all serving food. Staff on site very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this site.

This is by far the best Caravan site we have stayed on. This is a very high standard of site set in the beautiful country side at the side of the river Wenning. The site is very well maintained, Toilet blocks are unbelievable, the childrens play area is fantastic, everything is just perfect about this site. There are a lot of rules to this site, but these rules are certainly for the good of the site.
The pitches also offer television points which give you 10 channels including a kids channel and sports channel. A journey into the little town of High Bentham is a ten minute walkaway and offers pubs & takeaways. Caravaners, campers, all are made to feel very welcome here.

Fantastic site, and lovely scenery. A walk takes you into Bentham or across railway (public footpath). The toilet block is the best I've ever seen, with piped music! A nice park for the kids and a playground. The only complaint is the milkman no longer comes, and there are no shops local (a 15 minute walk away)

We chose the site on the basis of other campers reviews and we were NOT disappointed. It was fantastic, excellent facilities, great play ground for kids, next to the river, great dog walking areas, plenty of walks and the village is only 10 mins away. We will be visiting again very soon

What a lovely site just spend 3 nights here, the site is very clean. The toilet block is the best one by far I have stayed at. The pitches are spaced out so you are not on top of one another.
The walks for dogs are very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all a excellent site to stay at. Will be visiting again very soon.

What a lovely site! We just got back from 2 nights at Riverside and enjoyed this site very much. Quite spacious. Fantastic toilet and shower facilities. Has launderette and little library room and good sized games room for kids. Nice walks closeby. Definitely go again.

Just spent a brilliant 4 nights at this site. Fantastic, can't fault it. Toilets / Showers excellent, with free hairdryers. Campers kitchen which has a microwave, kettle and toaster all free. Laundry and information room with Internet access.
Access to river - kids can play in it. The play area wasn't in operation as they were basically doing a refurb on it, looks like it will be good when finished.
Short walk to the village (about 5 - 10 mins), with 3 pubs, Chinese (really nice), chippy, Indian, spar and co-op. Heritage walks which start from the Church opposite site entrance, 2, 5 or 9 miles - all signposted. We did the 2 mile with no problems.
Looking forward to another break there soon.

Excellant site spotlessly clean. Toilet & shower blocks brilliant. All free & water & lights work automatically very enviromentally friendly. Games room for kids which closes at 9.30pm. Village 10-15 walk away with 4 pubs(the byre & horse & farrier allow dogs inside)Late night Spar, a chinese, indian & fish & chip shop the latter closes at 8pm even at weekends & a number of other local shops to choose from. Fantastic views & walks along the river & just a couple of miles from Ingleton. You can even leave your caravan in storage for £2 per night between visits.
