Lovely views, relaxed and friendly.
Very hot showers! Water in taps too hot for comfort but better than tepid water.
No food available on Saturday even though site was full not sure when food is on offer?

This was our first weekend away in the Campervan. We also had our 2 dogs with us.
Now I know I don't have anything to compare it with but this campsite met all our needs.
Showers and toilets were very clean. There was a hair drying, it takes 20p's (I dried my short bob with 40p (important info for us ladies). They have a wash room with washing machine, dryer, sinks and a freezer.
The sea view is amazing. Our first night had horrendous wind. We had to take the awning down. However there are plenty of plots that are more sheltered. I was just determined to be right on the edge for the sea view.

A lovely site with fantastic views.
We were made to feel welcome by the owner.
Good facilities which included showers, toilet block, washing up facilities with plenty of hot water.
A short walk to Aberdaron and near the coastal path.

If you want a tranquil site with plenty of flora and hedgerows and nail clipped grass then this isn't the site for you. But if you want amazing views across the bay, clifftop walks and rugged scenery this site is fantastic.
You must accept the wind, rarely below a breeze, and yes it was tipping it down when we arrived, and set up, so we got soaked, so took us all the next day to dry our clothes,
But next day after that the 10 minute walk down to Aberdaron (and 15 mins back up the steep hill) was well worth it with a lovely tea rooms, bakery (cakes to die for), fish and chip shop, and Spar mini market, and you had all you need.
The beach was lovely (though a bit blustery) but don't come to the tip of the peninsular if you don't like the weather.
The best views are from pitches overlooking the sea, but these have no protection against the wind. We pitched in the next field in to get some hedge protection but sometimes our view was blocked by motorhomes parking immediately on the other side of that hedge.
The washrooms were well equipped and clean, and the price was far less than I expected.
I would come again for the views beach and walks, but be better prepared for the weather.

5th time coming back to Dwyros.
Fantastic site for families with kids, the site staff are always so welcoming and helpful.
Fantastic views out to sea and a 5 min walk to Aberdaron
The toilet block is probably due an upgrade, but that would be my only criticism, we will definitely go back

Great location for access to Aberdaron village and beach.
Reception was good and friendly.
Available pitches shown to us by staff, tents already on site were a bit chaotic in the way they were pitched, this made pitching and parking a little tight.
Site was maintained well,
Showers and toilets clean, but could do with access to mop and bucket for showers.
Some charging facilities for mobile phones.
Chest Freezer for cool packs, this was a little disappointing as it appeared to be being used for weekly shopping by the size of the bags in there and could have done with a defrost.
Great little breakfast and dessert trailer on site, serving some fantastic food.
Didn’t appear to be any enforcement of noise in late evening this caused a few issues on a couple of nights.
Over all a great site, with great views.
Nice little walk into village that has a small supermarket, a couple of pubs, cafes and hotels. Be warned the return walk to the site has a steep incline at the beginning this levels off somewhat into a gentle gradient.
Will return and recommend.

Wonderful few days, helped by the amazing weather. Had a superb view over the bay.
Location is great, as can walk down into Aberdaron and the beach easily, avoiding driving ( Steep hill on return journey!)
Having the breakfast shack serving breakfast if wanted between 9-11 am most days was enjoyable, run by a really lovely team.
Freezer for ice blocks essential in this weather, and worked well.
Really nice touch to provide a mobile phone charger that could take 5-6 units, free charging. Thankyou-so helpful when you don't have a tent with electric hook up.
Showers/ toilet block reasonably clean, but could be cleaner.

Lovely location overlooking Aberdaron Bay and village.
Well organised site, but with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Decent facilities and lovely staff.
Pretty near perfect in good weather.
Also the nearest site to the village.

The site was in a perfect spot, a few minutes walk from the village and beach.
A great breakfast van available every morning.
Clean facilities although it would have been nice to have a mop available to clean shower as there was usually grass/ sand and no way to clean before / after use
