 We stayed last year for a couple of nights and we did so again this time.
It is a very convenient site for Wicken Fen and for cycling around the area including cycling to Ely!

Liked: Small friendly area for tents away from the static caravans; The convenience of toilets, showers and water tap nearby, ; Generous space for both tent and car;
Friendly, helpful owners; Recycling and composting organised well; Value for money! ; Convenient for visiting Wicken Fen
Disliked: The noise from the road. Such a shame.

The campsite was very good and the showers and toilets were spotless
The owners were very friendly and helpful, we had originally booked for four nights but my partner is diabetic and she had forgotten her insolin so we had to leave early.
Great place to stay for all.

Very well presented site, super friendly staff we would recommend this site to anyone.
All facilities were clean tidy and in good order.
Right next to lovely walking area in the woods which was great for our dogs to explore.

Friendly and relaxed site. Undercover cycle storage was a plus. Offered a static caravan as the weather was so bad.
Slight traffic noise.
Great stay and would happily return when we next travel to the area.

A very basic site particularly for tourers
Only one shower and toilet but as we stayed in a static caravan it did not effect us,
The site is very quiet and peaceful
I would definitely recommend this place to the more mature traveler and I would definitely use it again

This was a very peaceful little site, everything was clean and well set up for use to use during keeping space. Could do with a shop in village, but good pub, but closed Monday & Tuesday.
The site manger was very welcoming. Lots of cycling in area, and easy as it flat.

This is an excellent camp site. Very clean facilities and observing social distancing is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to come back.

A very good clean site that is in a good location for visiting Ely, National Trust Wicken Fen and Anglesea abbey and the Sustrans route 11 in Suffolk. We returned after 9 years and are just as pleased as we were back then.

We cycled to Wicken and pitched our four one-man tents on one pitch - something the staff were more than happy to let us do.
The site was wonderfully situated for visiting Wicken Fen and for getting on and off the Lodes Way cycle route to Anglesey Abbey and beyond to Cambridge.
The site is quiet and well run. The facilities are basic but entirely adequate for a night or two.
We shall return!
