What a great campsite. 5 pitches maximum in total which we hired as a group so had the whole campsite to ourselves. This site was ideal for us as it had the use of an open fire and the use of barbeques which makes the whole camping experience.

There was no shower which wasn't a problem for us for a couple of days but may be to some if they were staying longer.

The eco toilet which was great if not rather strange not being able to flush it. If you like the back to basics camping without the clubs and entertainment this site is ideal.

The owners are lovely and very willing to help with any queries. We were provided with a map and we took a 4 hour walk into Alton and back along some lovely country lanes and fields. There is a wild flower meadow right next to the campsite which has a path for you to walk all the way round. There is also cycle hire at the farmhouse.

There is a large Tesco not too far away if you run out of any essentials.

Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going again.
