 Well I stayed here with my other half to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the rural roads of Essex and come here. It was very peaceful for us both and we loved it and it is not far from local towns Chelmsford, maldon area. So was quite enjoyed myself. They didn't have the showers when I stayed there, so that was one disadvantage, but that the whole experience of camping. Thanks again guys, loved it

It was a lovely campsite very friendly people
Very quiet
Toilet and shower block was very clean
The area is very tidy
My children loved it here and even though there wasn't anything to do they were offered to open the gates for the boats
It was worth £12. 50 for the night, this was for 2 adults and one child as you don't pay for children under the age of 5
It would be nice if there was more to do on the site for children like a park
There was a boat ride that you go up and down the river. The children loved seeing the wild life
