Just spent lovely weekend at this lovely little site it is so quit and peaceful. There are chickens and ducks on site. The site has 24hr cctv and access is through a gate.
There are two toilets with wash basins ie 1 ladies and 1 gents no hot water through but we found it not to be a problem as we took our own in a kettle. There is also 1 shower which costs a £1. 00 for about six minutes which we thought was good as on some sites we have been on you only get about three minutes.
Owners very friendly and helpful. Morrisons supermarket is only few minutes drive. Only paid £7. 00 for one night without electric.
Will definitely be going back hopefully for a bit longer next time with our caravan.

Just spent three days on this site and it was lovely, so peaceful. Close enough to visit Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby.
Nice village with great Fish n Chip shop, nice pubs and good supermarket.
Site owners friendly and helpful. We are leaving our caravan there permanently so hope to visit regularly, can't wait to go back.

Nice site but we feel this is really a caravan site as there is NO HOT WATER on tap. The only hot water is from pay as you go shower but the cheapness of the ground rent makes up for this.
We were on a electric hookup and just boiled the kettle a few times to wash pots. There are no paper towels next to the sinks in the toilet cubicles and the toilet rolls soon runs out.
There are two toilets and one shower but its only a small site so didn't give us any problems with queuing.
This site is in a nice location next to a stream 5mins walk from a park and 8mins walk from a good pub that serves GOOD meals.

I have just spent 3 fabulous days at this beautiful tranquil site. I cannot find any negative things to say, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I even met the prize winning grandson.
The family are to be applauded for their part in charitable contributions by allowing their land, time, and resources for fund raising purposes.
I commend them for their efforts. I will definitely go again as the site is one of the best I have visited in North Yorkshire. Thanks for a fabulous time.
