Oak Farm suited us perfectly. Rustic basic facilities, great countryside and walks.
Owner Helen greeted us, showed us the available pitches then left us to it.
We enjoyed a very relaxing break on a working small farm. There were sheep with lambs, geese, ducks and guineafowl.
Signage at the entrance could do with being moved forward to the entrance/road junction.
Overall a great find
Will definitely return.

This was our last campsite before returning home after 2 months away
It was convenient for us as we were visiting a friend and family close to the area,
Toilet and shower are to be a choice, but we used our own,
Its a good area for walking, Great union close by, but Broughton Lane is now a rat run for the expanding housing estate close by and 30mph is never adhered to, more 50 plus

This quiet farm site is very relaxed, very friendly, and has what I needed. Hook up, loo and shower.
Helen and her family are very friendly and helpful.
Can't say enough about this site. I love it here. It's surrounded by farm fields, walks, the canal is just down the lane. The town is a short drive away, local shops are closer.

This site is just FAB very quite and small. Used to be a petting farm so the animals are very friendly, Guinea fowl, sheep, ducks and chickens. Lots of character. The toilet block is a converted shed. 2 toilets with sinks good size, no hot water but the atmosphere here makes up for that and the 1 porta shower is very good and hot.
They only take 5 caravan/campers in the electric hook up camping and caravan site but there is also a small field for camping only. No washing up facilities either but it's a really gorgeous site. This site is exceptionally reasonable too just £12 per night with electric.
We don't drive when our little vw campervan is pitched so walking our dog in the countryside is what we want. We loved it here lots of great walks along the canels and fields.
The Dog house pub is also very good just a short walk away. Although they are building allot of houses nearby - really hope this doesn't spoil this site and the surrounding areas. Good flat pitches. Will definitely be back. Thank you Helen

This was a very last minute booking, I tried five sites in the local area and Oak Farm came back to me via email within a very short space of time, the others didn't even respond.
We arrived and were greeted by Denise, she went through everything in a very relaxed and informal manner, and no immediate request for payment.
We had a field on our own with electrical hook up, the grass was cut and nothing seemed to be a problem. Helen and Denise were extremely friendly and accommodating.
There are sheep in various fields around the site, guinea fowl and a peacock which make you feel that you are miles from a big city.
The shower and toilet facilities are disappointing and may well put some people off, they are extremely basic but are what they are. We were fine as we mostly used our caravan shower and toilet.
In terms of value for money, you can't really go wrong, at £13. 00 per night for a large caravan, two people, two dogs and a awning, it's great value.
If you got a dog and love walking there are fields, fields and more fields, you can also walk along the extensive canal that's not too far away.
Nice and peaceful week in Aylesbury.

Wow, I have found, at last the best site ever, all the facilities we all need very friendly staff green fields all around right near shopping in Aylesbury, and the fees are so reasonable, god bless oak farm.
The facilities were a nice warm shower free of charge four toilets with all the extras like paper towels soap etc, there are baby lambs in the fields, chickens, genie hens, young ducklings, geese, tractors, the list goes on and on, wonderful place, and last of all the staff, well they all couldn't do enough for me, do you want this would you like that, a camping club inspector paid a visit whilst I was there and she said it was a great site, well said I thought it was fabulous, I am to visit again as soon as I can.
The electric hook up was full power no tripping out like other sites, massive play ground for my grandson loads of toys every where indoor play ground if needed the sun shone all day walks in the fields lakes near bye great pubs all around golf course near bye great fishing, heaven made this farm.
