 Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of the season. This campsite is stunning.
We were the only campers on the site, although we had a different campervan share the site each night.
As it was a virtually empty campsite we only had access to the handicap shower and toilet facilities. Both were clean and well appointed.
In addition there were sinks on the exterior of the building for washing up.
The pitch was a nice size for our Vango Albany 400. As well as the other pitches on the site, there is also a play area and picnic area.
The unique selling point of this campsite are the views. You are surrounded by mountains and waterfalls.
The bus service runs from just outside the campsite into Grenoble and Le Bourg-d'Oisans frequently, including Sundays.
Le Bourg-d'Oisans we felt was a quiet town, but this could be due to the time we went (tail end of the winter season, summer not having yet begun)
The Casino Supermarche was well appointed and had a lot of products with English translations if your French isn't that great.
If you do have any questions, do not hesitate to speak to your English hostess Melanie.
We didn't get to do much around the area as due to the harsh winter, a lot of outdoor based activities weren't up and running.

We spent four nights at Ferme Noemie recently, and it was definitely the highlight of our trip.
It is a small campsite in a stunning location surrounded by mountains, but within an short bike ride of the lovely town of Bourg d'Oisans. If you are into the outdoors (and particularly cycling) this is a hard location to beat, right at the foot of Alpe d'Huez and with virtually unlimited options for road/off-road cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.
The British owners were extremely friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and perfectly adequate. We particularly liked the fact that they provided fridges in reception for guests to use, and the badminton was also a big hit!
Being in the location that it is, it tends to attract like-minded people and we had a great time chatting to the other campers there. The overall feel is very relaxed and friendly. We can't wait to go back!

This was the last site we used as campers before changing to a tin roof.
Fantastic surroundings with the best views ever. Large pitches in a horseshoe around quality sanitation block. Owners very friendly and knowledgeable without being in your face. Easy walk into bourg d'oisans and other lovely walks from the site. Dog friendly and owners arranged visit to vets for dog prior to return. Gas BBQ available and easy to use.
Facilities spotless.
Easy road access to all must sees Alpe d'Huez a must and owners will give you tips for walks and must does.
They now also provide set up tents to reduce luggage needs. Rightly in top 5 of this years Cool Camping Guide. One of a few sites we will revisit.
