Good clean facilities and a great base for exploring the area or for a weekend at the seaside. We stopped here to enable us to go surfing at the beach in Saltburn which is about 10 minutes drive away.
It's not a campsite as such; but more a rather ingenious use of a large carpark of the attached pub (The Yorkshire Lass).
Hardstanding, water and electric on site, the chemical disposal point was clean, my fears were that it was old school, and just a stinking pit in the ground, which turned out to be unfounded.
The site was quiet, even though there was a band on in the pub on the Saturday night and the pub was busy. You couldn't hear the music when we were in the van.
There are only 5 pitches. The toilet and shower area are basically a home style bathroom, that said it was very clean, tidy and looked after.
There is a supermarket practically on site and the food from the pub looked really good, although we didn't eat there(Only had a few beers!). We did look at the menu and the food was also very reasonably priced (Coming from me, this means it must be cheap!) As I walked around with the dog I noticed the area seemed really quiet and was very clean.
From my caravan we could see the Sea in the far distance and also a massive power station /oil refinery(ICI, I believe) in the further distance, quite a dramatic view. This looked kind of awesome at night when it was lit up. Quite a lot of wildlife was about such as Grouse (or Pheasants) Deer and Owls.
I would recommend this site and I will definitely return as it is ideal for a short stay at the seaside.
If you read the details and understand that it is a very small site/ carpark with grassed areas and caravanning/ motorhome facilities then you will not be disappointed, All singing, all dancing it is not. But for me it didn't claim to be anything it wasn't and it did exactly what it said on the tin. 10/10

Great little site, suited our needs as we were visiting family in the area. Very friendly staff, lovely clean shower and toilet for us to use. We originally booked two nights but ended up staying three.
Walkable into Marske, just over a mile and about 3 miles into Redcar.
Great entertainment one evening in the pub and a lovely Sunday lunch the next day.
We will definitely be back, thank you Amanda and her team.

Great base local to Redcar.
Facilities good with electric/water on hard stand.
Friendly people run site, no issues answering questions.
Good dog walks local to site. Left early due to family illness but would 100% recommend.
Does exactly what it says on the tin 👍

This is a no frills small site but provides a good base. We have family in the area so was ideal. The pub provided a venue for a night out with friends and a good Sunday lunch with family.
The grandchildren enjoyed the play area. For all it was a pub site there was very little noise, a few cars in car park.
A brief note on Coronavirus issues - I thought that the landlord had done everything they could to provide a safe and comfortable environment and we didn't have any concerns.

This is a very good site with level pitches, and the toilet and shower are very clean.
We have been here three times and will come again.
Handy for visiting the east coast.

Small 5 van site in the grounds of a public house next to their car park. Immaculate grounds and level well spaced gravel pitches with grass in between. Water and electric at each pitch. One combined toilet, shower & sink room which again was immaculately clean and not too cramped. Childrens play park on site as this is NOT an adult only site. Landlady, Carolyn was extremely friendly & helpful and we visited the pub both nights. Also made to feel welcome by the locals too. On the Saturday night there was live music in the pub, which we enjoyed but was obviously noisy particularly at closing time, however it sooner quietened down. People we spoke to said the food on site was lovely, but we didn't eat here this time but will when we go back which we will. Shop and cash point at point of entry to car park but nothing else in immediate vicinity. Great for visiting further afield like Whitby, Saltburn etc.

Very well kept CL, pub noisy but quiet by 11pm, pricey @ £20 per night ! Shop next to pub, bus stops outside, garage/fuel opposite, approx 3/4 miler from Redcar beach area. North Yorks moors close by as is the market Town of Guisborough.

Stayed 1 night in July 2016 and it was perfectly adequate. Friendly owners, good facilities although not much of a view. You have your own personal toilet and shower, which is excellent. Having the small shop and cash machine alongside the pub makes it very convenient.

Good location bus stop and shop outside site. Have visited several times, was surprised how much site fee had shot up for 2016. Good hardstanding and all pitches have electric and water to each, well thought out by owner
