 What a wonderful campsite! The host made us very welcome and we’re a mine of information.
The facilities were spotless and we will definitely be returning next time we are in Norfolk.
Its location is ideal for all the sites and attractions in the area.
This is an adults only site which was ideal for us.
We can’t recommend Viewlands highly enough

Viewlands campsite is lovely. Hot showers and toilet facilities that are very clean. A warm welcome from the family on arrival.
Little honesty shop selling home made jams and other local produce.
If you are looking to visit the North Norfolk coastal region close to Wells on Sea and want a quiet adults only site then stay at Viewlands, you will not be disappointed.

We booked this site based on previous excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. We were met by Lea who was very friendly and helpful, showing us everything we needed to know.
Throughout our stay she continued to offer us excellent advice on local attractions, pubs etc. She was never intrusive but there if you needed her, lovely friendly lady.
Viewlands is so quiet and peaceful and very well situated for exploring the local area, Cromer, Wells-Next-the-Sea, Walsingham etc.
We had read on a previous review that the TV reception was not good, I can only assume this was down to that person's equipment as we had no issues and many channels.
We always use our on board shower and toilet but the facilities at viewlands are excellent and spotlessly clean. Everything you could need is provided including a washing machine and a freezer.
There is even a little shop with an honesty box. We found the site fees to be very reasonable in these days of rising costs.
If we return to this part of Norfolk in the future we will certainly stay at Viewlands we had a great and memorable holiday there and were sad to say goodbye.

We enjoyed our stay at Viewlands.
It was exceptionally hot but we pitched under a big tree so had plenty of shade.
The site has a useful little shop selling jam, milk ice-cream etc.
Clean toilets and free showers.
Cockerels over the road were up early but all part of County life.
On a busy road but good access to the coast

It was quiet, the people were friendly and helpful and I found the secure dog area very useful.
There wasn't anything I disliked.
I particularly appreciated it being adults only.

Excellent site with no negatives.
Fantastic facilities with fridge, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and hairdryer. Small shop with the necessities.
Shower and toilets wonderfully clean.
The best bit is all the extras, washing up liquid, shampoo etc and lots of paper towels which all made our stay so good.
Will definitely stay again if in the area

Lovely private site central for all we wanted to visit in Norfolk including the coast -
Great welcome from Val and her husband Len as usual.
We've no need to go to anywhere else as this site suits our needs perfectly, we've lost count of the times we've been, and are already planning our next trip for later in the year.

Loved the peace and quiet, dog area brilliant. Lovely toilets and shower.
Hosts so welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommend.
The site is very clean and lovely area to sit outside to have a drink.
Good facilities with fridge, freezer, microwave and a self service shop.
