The camp was very well organised
Very clean facilities and it was a very pleasant break
Really good value for money
Only bug bear no reception on phones or tv but nice and quiet
Could do with little bit more lighting round the field as we elderly people are weary of walking in the dark, not complaining we managed ok
Val and Lee were very pleasant and very welcoming when we arrived
Would go there again no hesitation

I emailed Lea and she came back quickly as I'd left it late to book for the August Bank Holiday, she said she had availability which was fantastic.
We arrived Friday afternoon and set up our newly purchased Pennine Folding Camper.
Val met us at the entrance and was a fantastic host as usual (we've been to the site quite a few times now) she showed us to our pitch and left us to get on. The site has everything you might expect and more.
The ladies toilet and the shower are spotless and the site is well laid out. We love North Norfolk and if you want a quiet, adult only site then we highly recommend it - 10/10 Regards Ted and Sharon

Excellent quiet site. All the better for being Adults Only.
Showers and Toilets spotlessly clean as was the washing up area.
Use of washing machine, hairdrier.
Val and Family go the extra mile. Great site.
Will be returning.

Lovely quite site apart from the pigeons at the crack of dawn. Val and Lea are lovely people and do everything they can to make you welcome and help is always there if you need it.
You do need a vehicle to get around the area and there is no pavement along the road.
We can recommend and would return if we visit the area again.

My second visit to this lovely campsite, very relaxing, Val and Hubby very helpful and friendly.
Pristine toilets etc toiletries provided if you've forgotten. Microwave and washing machine available. No jam this year, but eggs available.
Dog walking just metres from entrance, turn right and second on the right a lane leading to an 8mile track to Wells.
Definitely recommend

We stayed at Viewlands for 3 weeks and we're so glad we did as Val and Lea are the nicest people and the site is just lovely.
It's clean and well kept, peaceful with lovely gardens and there is minimal road noise compared to other sites along this busy road.
We were able to use the washing machine and although we didn't need the shower facilities, they were spotless. It was so nice to stay somewhere where the owners were so friendly that you felt really welcomed to their home.
Highly recommended and we'd definitely go again.
The only small downside is that we were not able to walk from the site as there is no footpath along that stretch of road, but it didn't detract from a brilliant stay!
Thank you Val & Lea.

We arrived at viewlands and were made very welcome by the owners, It’s a very quiet site with excellent facilities.
We only stayed 2 nights and but found it to be a very relaxing and laid back site.
A lot of the facilities at viewlands are run on trust with honesty boxes for you to pay, I just hope people don’t abuse or take advantage of their good kind nature.
We would definitely stay again and I’m sure we will come back again soon.
During our stay all the facilities were kept exceptionally clean and well stocked.

The site is lovely and quite even though it’s near a fairly busy road,
Val the owner greeted us and showed us where to pitch, she explained and showed us all the facilities then left us to it.
The site toilets and shower are spotless with the added antibacterial wipes and precautions in place.
We have a small cairn terrier and the site has a small doggy exercise area but it is very small so. as the site is near a busy road best to take any dogs out out to walk them sufficiently, as you are unable to walk outside the site as there are no pavements or walkable verges, (not the sites fault) but that is my only negative point,
The site itself is lovely and at £17 per night with no extras it’s excellent value
Would definitely stay again.
