Just got back from 2 nights here, what a lovely site! Shower block is nothing spectacularly amazing but its very clean well maintained and warm, toilets clean and very hygienic. There is a little shop that sells bread milk ect, lovely views and it has direct access to the coast path which is something we really love all in all a smashing place and so near some of the best areas of Cornwall such as Porthcurno and the Minack also Lands end and Penzance. It is dog friendly and I would think that during the summer holidays children would have a great time as plenty of room to run and play. Comedy moment this morning when the cows got into the site! But it all adds to the charm!

We have just returned from a week's camping here, the site is fantastic - exactly what we had hoped for; quiet although busy, good sized pitches, decent facilities, more free hot water than you could ever need and to top it all a wonderful view of the sea! The access is fine for caravans and the location is perfect for exploring the Land's End peninsula. The walk to the coastpath is only 5 minutes, (once we'd found it - my only suggestion for improvement is to make this more obvious, the signs don't really point the right way and it felt wrong to walk through the farmyard as it was going towards the farmhouse; I only found out it was the right way by asking another camper, and later in the week I met some more campers looking puzzled and unsure of the way), however, it was great for our dog - we walked down every day and were even lucky enough to see a basking shark one evening just below Logan Rock.
We had a good meal at the Logan Rock Inn, very good value and friendly service.
There is a cafe on-site and although we didn't attend it was always busy and the food looked nice. One other thing is that although we were told there was free wi-fi we couldn't log-on.
This is a well-run site - we are quite fussy but we will definitely be back here!

We have arrived home today very happy campers we have 4 sons who absolutely loved the play area which also means very happy parents ! Will definitely be back next year every thing on site needed with beautiful beaches, lands end was lovely I'm sure there is plenty more places we didn't get time to visit so will certainly stay longer next year to make sure we have time to visit everywhere. looking forward to our return visit already

We had a two week stay - in glorious sunshine, which always helps!
The site was quite busy, and yet quiet. We had a pitch near the bottom corner of the site, with views across the fields and over the sea. Unlike previous reviewers, we had the view we had asked for when we booked.
Toilets, showers and washing up area were basic, but adequate and clean, with plenty of hot water. Unlike previous reviewers, again, we found the staff friendly and helpful, and they were happy for us to leave our caravan on site (although off the pitch) until evening on our last day.
The site is only a short walk from the coastal path, and there are glorious beaches in walking distance, if you're reasonably energetic. The Minack theatre is a must-do experience, even if the particular play wouldn't have been your first choice.
If I could ask for one improvement, if would be to have Wifi available, especially as mobile phone signals in the area are patchy at best.
All-in-all - we'll be back!

A superb campsite, very quiet with great views of the ocean. Clean and plentiful showers and toilets. Very friendly and family run - for a number of years I believe.
Plenty of room and good access. Hedges are used to portion the site and this gives it a secluded feel. Well stocked shop with good supplies and a nice conservatory area with a table.
Just next to it is the costal path with beaches and coves within walking distance.
Excellent.

Stayed for 2 nights during our tour of Cornwall. We used this site as a base for Lands End (an OK experience) & Minack Theatre (a must go to experience we went to an evening performance & was delighted).
Site is quite level & next to a working farm which is nice to go & see the cows. Owner very friendly & helpful. Little shop sells basics & lots of sweets.
Big play area for children to have a kick about. Snack bar opens for breakfasts & evening snacks/meals. 2 pot wash areas which are outside (no shelter).
Toilet block is basic but kept clean, showers are individual unisex units which were also kept nice & clean.
Washing machine & dryer were kept busy whilst we were there, in this room is a kettle & toaster for use by people without hook-up which I think is a fantastic idea & should be adopted by more sites.
Some fantastic walks from the site, we took the costal path (not for the faint hearted) to the Minack Theatre approx 2hrs & took a taxi back approx 10mins.

My wife and I are trying to emulate the BBC programme by driving our motorhome round the UK coastline. We are visiting a wide variety of sites and Treverven is firmly in our top ten so far!
We arrived on the first day of their season - had the entire 6 acres of level site to ourselves - and had all of the facilities opened for us by a kind and most helpful owner! As well as the usual toilets etc, these include a laundry room with toasters and kettles!
The site is remotely located outside the village of St. Buryan and is adjacent to a cattle farm (which is run by the family). There is a small site shop, and village shops are just over 2 miles away.
The beauty of this site is its close proximity to Lands End and there is direct access to the South West Coastal Path by walking through the farm - stunning views and real privacy!
Facilities are plentiful and spotless with hookups available throughout the 70-odd touring pitches. There is an adequate and safe play area and during the High season there is a food van on site. VERY highly recommended - we will certainly return here once our project is done!

Came across this one by chance - site nearly empty - just 2 other caravans on site.
No one there when we arrived but a gentleman in a caravan advised just to pitch up and owner would be along later or in the morning.
The facilities were clean and showers working with fairly good pressure. A nice walk from the site out onto the coastal footpath (about 10 minutes). No shops / pubs nearby and the shop on site was closed for the season.
We found the site extremely quiet and peaceful - the only exception was the farm traffic which used the site opposed to the road next to the site - and did seem to come through at a fair speed.
Overall site looked well cared for but grass was long and needed cutting.

Having spent 3 and half hours waiting for pitch in the pouring rain at Treen Farm Campsite. We were told it was full so disgusted it took so long to tell us that we asked them to recommend a neighbouring campsite.
A quick phone call and we had 2 pitches next to each other. Customer service was friendly and helpful and we had beautiful views over fields and the sea at Treverven Campsite. We loved it (the peace and quiet) and kids loved the park area.
Something for young or teens. Lots of space and clean facilities. Would go there again, beautiful surrounding area. Shops nearby and fanatastic walks and beaches.
Close to Porth chapel and Porth Curnow beaches. The Minack theatre is nearby too. Would recommend walking to explore surrounding area.

Well, as previously mentioned, we returned to Treverven in August. We booked a pitch (we wanted the same one we had in April), and was told it was available. We then 'phoned to ensure everything was ok a few weeks before we were due to arrive. We were told 'yes, every thing's fine'.
How disappointed we were on arrival to find that not only did we not get the pitch we booked, but they didn't have us booked in at all! Fortunately, there were a few pitches left and we settled in for 4 nights. The showers etc were the same as before, very clean and tidy, but when I tried to use the showers the next morning found that only one was actually working!
All in all, we're not sure we'll return to Treverven. Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired! They really do need to try much, much harder. The site has very good facilities (when they're all working!), plenty of showers (lovely hot water), toilets, washing-up area, chemical disposal and a small shop selling basics; there's also a great play area for the kids. It's a real shame they don't take more care with customer service.
If you want a great Sunday roast dinner, you have to try the pub in St Buryan; we had a fantastic roast there and would definitely recommend it. Great antique shop too with very friendly staff. A great area to visit; Sennen Cove, Kelynack, the Minack Theatre. All simply gorgeous!
