I absolutely loved my stay at Hatchers Farm, it's such a lovely place.
I plan to travel the UK for three months, this was my first camping site and it set standards for those who will follow.
The pitches are huge and private as they are situated between fruit trees.
The sanitariea were spotlessly clean and everything else you need is provided.
Two fridges, a freezer and plugs to charge your mobile devices.
Highly recommended!

This is a friendly, quiet and well laid out site.
The camp bays are between rows of cherry trees (we were in a campervan) meaning discrete separation from your neighbours.
The toilets were clean and the showers were hot.
There is also a friendly and welcoming pub just a short stagger down the road.

Lovely little campsite, just wished I'd explained needed to be near toilet block,
But it was peaceful, pleasant and really relaxing,
Very safe for the very young, and the owners couldn't be more pleasant and welcoming,
Hope to return something in 2023, can't wait 🤩

One of the cleanest and well kept campsites I’ve ever stayed at
It’s a hidden gem. Easy access to all Kent beaches.
I would recommend this site to the experienced camper as well as the novice…
Can’t wait to return 👌🏻

Perfect little getaway. Large spacious pitches amongst fruit trees. Very clean facilities, fridge/freezer available to use. Pub and cafe within walking distance.
Lovely owners. Free veg (courgettes) available when I visited. Peaceful, relaxed and laid back site. Love this little hidden gem.
I visited in my small VW Caddy camper. Largest size campers accepted are around VW T5/6 size, due to the track size to the camp area. The dogs loved it too.
To top it all off a great price. Just wish it was open all year, I may never leave!

A hidden gem deep in the Kent countryside. Pitches are between rows of orchard trees and are long and large.
Real toilets and showers (very clean), along with plugs for phones/powerbanks, freezer for ice blocks & icepoles, lots of fridge space, washing up sinks, little extras you can borrow like washing up liquid, bowls, bottle openers.
The kids loved the chickens, geese, and being about to chop kindling with the kindling cracker.
A great location for exploring the East Kent coast and surrounding countryside. We visited Reculver, Herne Bay and Canoe Wild.
The village of Preston has a garden centre with cafe, butchers (great foor for your BBQ), pub and village shop for your essentials within a short walk.

Nice little site - tents are set between the rows of trees in the orchard.
Very pretty, facilities clean and nice and we enjoyed chopping our own logs.
Only downside for us was that the location of the pitches between the trees didn't allow much space for our group to play cricket or kick a ball around.

What a wonderful site this was, quite, clean and charming set amongst an orchard of apple, plum and cherry trees whilst still retaining a working farm feel.
The couple who run the site couldn’t be more helpful and there set up reminded me of Tom and Barbara from the Goodlife a wonderful tv show from yesteryear.
They have fresh vegetables for you including wild asparagus which is free to pick around the site, homemade chutney and fresh eggs are also available from there own chickens and geese.
The site is set within easy reach of the major towns and attractions in Kent.
I for one would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful place to camp and what a wonderful place to live and work. 👍

Hatcher Farm is a really lovely site. We camped in the Cherry Grove which is arranged so each pitch is one row of the orchard.
This provides plenty of room for group booking and ensures a minimum distance between different parties.
They operate a quiet site, the rules are quiet after 10 and no noise after midnight, just perfect for us.
The shower block/facilities were spotless, easily the cleanest of any site I have visited.
With a couple of large fridges for convenience. They also provide free use of a firepit and sell large bags of wood.
I am already recommending this site to friends and family.
