There are times when you will feel that you need a little something special to make the time you spend with family and friends that little bit more special.
This is such a place
Both Tracy and Andrew (owners) go out of there way to be helpful and ensure your stay is perfect for you.
The site is clean, well maintained and spacious enough for 20 pitches that all offer electricity and water.
The shower block is always kept clean and has a communal outdoor washing facility for pots and pans
Great dog friendly park with large areas of open spaces to let the energetic members play
Local pub offering meals and shop only 5 minutes away but if you just want to relax you can have deliveries from supermarkets and fast food brought to your pitch including Amazon.
Modbury, kingsbridge are close by with ample shopping opportunities and Plymouth is around 18 miles.
Plenty of nearby sandy beaches and countryside to explore on Foot, Cycle and Car
Amazing place made all the better by caring owners who provide that special place to allow you, family and friends just to enjoy your time together.

We were given a pitch at the end of the site that allowed plenty of space for our motorhome and awning, plus a gazebo. The owners were friendly and relaxed about how we used our pitch.
Water and power is provided for every pitch and the toilets and showers were basic but clean and effective. Showers were 50p, but basic price of the pitch was good, so no complaints.
Short drive to a very nice beach, good local shop just round the corner by the pub. Working farm with sheep and chickens which our 3 year old grand-daughter loved.
All in all a perfect stay for us.

Very friendly and helpful owners of the campsite. Good value at £18 per night for a hardstanding pitch with electric hook up and own water tap and joint shared own wheelie bin for general waste.
Small site and never had to wait for toilet or showers. Both these kept very clean.
Supply of leaflets and books available.

Oh my goodness, I in love with this site. Surrounded by lovely country side and not far from the beach. So peaceful! Has a shop and pub just down the road. Can even get takeaway delivered to the site.
About 30 mins to Plymouth and 20 mins to salcombe amd kingsbride. If you wanted to travel to other towns.
Toilets and showers are always clean and tidy.
The owners Tracey and Andrew are fab always welcoming and friendly. Will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic time.
Will definitely be going back! 10/10 for me.

Stayed for 9 nights.
A very warm welcome from the site owners who can’t do enough for you.
Weather very windy and wet but the field/pitch did not flood. On a grass pitch which are very well spaced apart
Own water electric and waste and even your own wheelie bin and we had good WiFi.
Magnificent views over the hills and good access to the site.
Facilities spotless.
The farm/site owners Tracy and Andrew are very friendly and always have time to talk
Can’t recommend highly enough, can’t wait to return.
Visited the Local pub pickwick arms for an outside drink. £6 a pint, and£24 for 4 drinks just so you know.
