Andrew and Tracey were brilliant. We were due there from Christmas and New Year. My wife fell ill and spent 3 weeks in hospital over December and that was that. Tracey very kindly put our deposit towards a later holiday in February.
This is a CL with EHU and own water. They have a small toilet nd facility if you want to use it.
Very clean, Great views on a clear day. Reasonable pub 200 yards away and the gem stone the local stores. They sell their own home made Indian curries. Brilliant. The area needs no explaining.
Tracey is lovely and certainly makes you feel at home. We’ll be back.

Good price of £22 per night, has decent loos and showers. Would have preferred separate bins for different types of recycling. Tracy the owner is helpful and friendly. It is advertised as having easy access from the main road. It doesn't! We met a lorry and squeezed by with inches to spare.
There is a smallish area of hardstanding and a large grass area with hookups at one side.
Go to the coast at Burgh Island which is tidal. Walk to it when the tide is out, use the sea tractor £2 per trip when it's in. Have a drink at the Pilchard Inn which is ancient, atmospheric and expensive.
Kingsbridge has Tesco and Morrisons, 8 miles away. You can make a shorter journey by the tidal road at low tide.
We would not use this site again, there are other more easily accessed, but more expensive sites nearer the town.

This site is my absolute favourite so far. Only had our motorhome 12months, but its used regularly and we really appreciate a good location with a simple but perfect site.
Previously here last year in Autumn, just coming out of Covid 19. Remains an immaculately clean and tidy campsite. Only 20 pitches, so perfect for peace and quiet. Great views, changing with the weather.
Dog friendly, working farm and owners very happy to have guests.
Local village shop sells all you need.
Great walks in every direction.

I enquiried using the form on here and got a swift reply saying they had availability and the cost which was £18 for two adults, one dog, the campervan on a hardstanding pitch with electric and water at the pitch.
Upon arrival I met the owner who was lovely and explained where things were and a bit about the area. We know the area well anyway, but a good refresher.
The pitch was great, completely flat, hard stand and wonderful views over the rolling countryside. This also meant it was quite exposed, but we camped during Storm Borra and had no issues at all.
Facilities include two blocks with showers, toilets, sink and information points. There is also another toilet that is unisex. Fresh water points on each pitch. Full recycling facilities available, chemical waste and a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches.
There is free wifi on site, we did not use it as we have reception on both EE and Three.
The block was clean and tidy and the showers are 50p for seven minutes and this was more than enough for our needs.
There was nothing for children, other than massive open spaces for them to play and use imagination
Walking from the site is good, you have to do a short bit on the road before joining the footpaths and these can take you for miles in all directions. You can walk down to Challaborough, on to the coast path, over to Burgh Island and through miles of countryside and some great views are given in return.
There is the Pickwick Inn just 5 minutes from the site, we did not eat of drink there. There is also the Journeys End pub 15 minutes walk away, I have eaten there before and the menu was limited, but a great range of real ales. There is also the Oyster Shack close by, but we did not go there.
There is a shop 5 minutes away with all your essentials, newspapers, etc.
15 minutes drive you are in Kingsbridge, which is simply beautiful, Salcombe, Plymouth and so much more is all fairly close with a drive.
Kingsbridge has a large Tesco, Morrisons and a wonderful variety of shops, markets, etc.
I would stay again, the site is great, a good price and with wonderful owners.
