 A wonderful basic little site. Some electric hook ups, water taps, a dishes sink and lovely well kept grass pitches (lots of space, ideal for big tents)
basic toilets but kept clean and a single shared shower suitated in the men's toilet side (converted decontamination type unit)
Very peaceful and friendly, traditional farm type site. Helpful on site wardens (David and his wife) made us very welcome.
Will definitely go again. A little gem if you don't want a lot of frills! 6 miles from both Buxton and Bakewell. Visited Easter weekend and it was not too busy at all.

Had three nights on Holly House Farm. Set in the small village of Flagg surrounded by open country side. The elevated position affords stunning views over the surrounding area. Although the field is slightly sloping, all the pitches have hard standing underneath and are fairly level. The field was well mowed and each pitch has electric and water. There is also a small block with toilets and a shower which were always clean. Access in and out was easy even with a big unit.
We found plenty of walking from the site including The Limestone Way which runs in front of the site. There is a bus stop in the village but the service is limited.
We spent a very pleasant, peaceful weekend and would not hesitate to return.
A basic but very lovely site. Excellent value for money.
