Just returned from a two night stay here. We live locally, in fact on two miles away!. But chose this site to practice setting up etc our recently purchased Pennine folding camper.
The site is well spaced with good sized pitches, the hard standing being particularly well sized. Toilet and shower block is excellent, well maintained and very clean. Dishwashing room well equiped, laundry didn't use but looked adequate.
The site has a friendly and quiet atmosphere, although there is some road noise. We live on quite a busy road so this didn't really bother us, but can appreciate it may affect others.
Mcdonalds and KFC restaurants just across the road, with large Sainsburys and Tescos also within walking distance.
Cant really comment on local area because we live here. So we love it anyway!

Arrived here in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm. The staff were very helpful and gave us ideas of where to pitch to avoid muddy areas. Site was clean and tidy with well appointed toilets and shower block which were monitored regularly. The pitches were spacious. The recent downpour had created some boggy areas which had to be avoided when going to the loos. No buses on Sundays but easy enough to call a taxi to go into town. Lidl, Matalan and Halfords across the road for shopping, with other supermarkets slightly further away. There was quite a lot of traffic noise as the site is at a junction of busy roads. No ball games policy needs to be reinforced as we did have some children trying to play football near our vans, but they were encouraged to move to a different area. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Stayed at this lovely site 31st August for 2 nights. It is immaculate. Toilets and showers excellent. Washing up facilities great. There was a washing machine, spin drier and tumble drier. Staff at site very friendly. Made us very welcome. Weather was fab. Lawns and bushes well kept. All in all a great site. Very close to KFC and McDonalds. Tesco and Sainsburys very nearby too. Bognor a short drive away. It's very flat. Pebbles not sandy

The site has good facilities and is kept to the standard one has come to expect from the Caravan Club. However the site is in a very poor location. It is about 2 miles along busy roads to get to the sea front. The site is located over the road from a busy retail park. Although this is well shielded by trees the road noise is excessive and very intrusive. Although there is plenty to see in the surrounding area the site is not a relaxing place to stay.

Have been holidaying at this park for 5 years or more now, on many occasions throughout the years. The site toilet facilities are kept very clean all day long, good showers.
The park itself is absolutely superb, very clean and well maintained.
The site wardens are a great couple, very friendly and helpful, love children.
Would definitely recommend this site to others.
KFC is an added bonus, 5 min walk

Our first visit to a caravan club site as a non member. Was concerned that we wouldn't be made to feel welcome as we don't own a motorhome/caravan. We have a small vw campervan and sleep in an awning. Thankfully my fears were unfounded and we were made very welcome by the warden/staff. The site itself was immaculate, the showers/toilets and washing up area were incredibly clean and modern. The camping trip was for just my husband and myself and we found the site met all of our needs. I am not sure it would meet the needs of families with young children as the play area was small, although there is pleny of room to play on the grass or cycle on.
Road noise- yes it can be heard quite clearly. I had read other reviews regarding this issue and made sure when we arrived that we chose a pitch as far away from the road as possible. As we sleep in an awning we could hear the road but not enough to keep us awake. If you are in a caravan/motorhome I doubt you would hear it all.
One small grumble on our part was that you have to park your van in the centre of the pitch which meant our awning that pitched to the left was too close to the next pitch, whose awning was pitched to the right, leaving very little room between us.
Would I stay here again? Yes I would if I needed to visit this area again. My advice would be to choose your pitch wisely! Overall, a very nicely kept, quiet campsite.

PROS: Very well maintained site in well screened park-like grounds. Shower block superb with modern well-designed showers kept very clean by wardens (they even add touches like silk flowers in vases). Laundry room, vegetable preparation area also immaculate. Wardens very helpful and friendly. Excellent motorhome service point. Pitches of a good size. Close to main routes for onward travel.
CONS: Site situated in urban setting and some pitches suffer from road noise although this dies down overnight.
Restaurants: KFC across the road: we ate there once and survived.
SUMMARY: Excellent well-maintained site which justifies the £23 overnight pitch fee.

This site is very well kept and clean, the shower / toilet block were great.
The pitches are mostly well spaced (some hardstanding in the middle are quite close together), but the site as a whole is very roomy.
This site is a few minutes drive from Bognor Regis seafront and also Butlins. A good tip - if you are planning on going to Butlins for a day trip - ask in the office for a discount leaflet (when we were there, the adult entry price to Butlins was £25 - but £18 with the leaflet - there were also discounts for family tickets etc).
I know from reading reviews before we visited that people had mentioned hearing cars in nearby car parks. We were there for 4 nights and in that time only heard 1 - so it didn't cause us any problems.
The only thing I was a little unsure about was why everyone has to have a key to use the toilet and shower facilities. This is a bit of a pain having to remember to take it every time you went over, and the only conclusion I could come to was that this had been put in place to stop the people who met in the car park popping in to use them - but I could be wrong about that!
We don't have any children, but there was a small play area and there is quite a bit of space for running about and ball games etc.
I would just like to mention that the reason I have given this site an overall rating of 8 out 10 instead of 9 is based purely on having to take a key to use the facilities - and not a reflection on the quality or cleanliness of them. As a bit of an goldfish sometimes, I found this a bit of a pain.
Anyway, overall a nice site, and if we are in the area again I would go back.

After a 7 hour drive we arrived on site. I went to book a pitch in the office. There were 2 people booking a pitch in front of me. I waited for around 5-10 minutes and gave in my name and paid my pitch fee. I asked what pitches were available and then the warden rudely served the person behind me with ice creams. They had not been waiting in the queue. So I had paid my pitch fee and asked for a toilet key as I was desperate for the loo. I was then told by the warden to find a pitch and come back for a toilet key. I thought the warden was rude and walked away. Then she offered my husband a toilet key, which she should have done in the first place.
The site is surrounded between busy A roads and very noisy. There must have been traffic lights at the back of the site, as all we could hear all night was cars stopping at the lights with music blaring out. Quite a few fast and noisy motorbikes. Not what you want to listen to when it is a hot summer night and you have all the windows open. There must be a club close by as we could hear thumping music into the early hours of Sunday morning.
I just don't think this site is situated in the right place. Handy for the local retail park which is right opposite the site. Tesco within 5-10 minute drive away. At the entrance to the site is Brook Park, so great for a dog walk or just a stroll through the fields. You can spend a good hour walking the dog here through the paths. No where to empty the dog on site, despite there being little copses of trees surrounding the site.
I wan't impressed with Bognor beach, no dogs allowed and shingle. We visited Climping beach further down the coast, worth while trip to the beach at Climping. We were told there are toilets, car park and café along the front.
If you go past the signs for Climping beach to the next roundabout, you can park up on the lane and walk through the fields to get to the beach if you want a longer walk.
Okay if you want to take the kids to Butlins.

Site is located within easy distance of Bognor and the sea front which is what we required. Flat bike ride to the sea front and then an enjoyable day sun bathing is rare 2012 sunshine.
Lunch was in a fantastic 'deli' cooking fresh food and at cheap prices - not sure how they can do it! Then we bought some wonderful fresh meals to cook in our motorhome the next day, exceptional value. The food was Simply Delicious which was the name of the deli which is in a street just off the seafront near the pier.
Will visit again.
