The site has 13 pitches but most are seasonal. The owners tried to charge us extra for the awning and dogs. Not much room for the kids to play as they couldn't ride their bikes on the grass due to a camper making complaints, but he didn't complain about the mess the cars made. The toilets and showers were not cleaned and beware of the 2 guard dogs that you have to walk past to get to the shower. The fishing was quite good, even if it cost £5 for the day.I wouldn't bother again we have been to much better sites for the same price.

It only has about 14 pitches A disabled accesible toilet and a separate shower although this is unheated. The pitches can get very muddy and on occasion cars are band. The owners are very helpful however and are more than willing to help push the van off site!
They do have a swimming pool about 1/2 sized but it is up 3 steep steps, children of course have to be supervised at all times. Also it is all one level - no shallow end and about 4-5 foot deep. The pool is solar powered!!! so you have to wait for the sun to heat it up. However it does get quite tropical in there and the water can get as warm as a bath.
It is a very quiet and pleasant site with gas available at the garage up the road. There is a very hand costcutters shop in Weldrake who are extemely helpful and stock all you might need.
Directions From the A64 take the Hull turn off as you turn on to this road make a sharp right and follow signs for Elvington approx 1 1/2 miles down this road turn right at the sign for Weldrake. Beware it is not well signposted but it is just before the garage on the left and about 1/2 a mile past the air museum. The site is just after a large bend on the left.
