Friendly people nice clean site. You have trouble leaving as it is on levels and we were on the bottom of the very steep hill as the other levels were taken up with permanent residents, only room for about 10 caravans. The toilets showers were clean plenty of hot water, you can ue washer for £2 and tumble dryers are free. This is a good site but it would be a great site if it was not for the noise from the trains just behind you and the main A38 road just behind that.
