Just spent a week at Pine Green Valley. The site is run by Nathan a nice friendly young man who has recently take ownership of the site.
The shower and toilet block has been recently renovated is very clean and tidy.
This site is value for money. Whilst here is no wifi the site has good mobile phone signal.
Nathan is currently renovating the site and although this work is not finished it should not put you off staying here.
We had a lovely week and will certainly return when we next visit the area.

Nathan the owner was very welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom/shower block is excellent, modern and clean. Cleaned twice a day.
Pitches are all flat and easy to set up on, with lovely views of the surrounding hills, a true taste of Cornwall.
This Central site gives easy access to Port Isaac, Padstow, Polpero, Portloe, Seaton and Golitha falls. Also Charlestown and Mevagissy.
The phone operated gate is great and COVID free.

The welcome and pitching assistance could not have been better, especially as this was our first pitch ever!
Safety precautions are excellent, pitches are level, easy access to and from the site, etc.
Very good from our perspective.

Just had a wonderful long weekend 26th-29th August 2016 at Pine Green Valley in Cornwall. The site was well maintained and shower block and facilities were very clean. Tony and Carol made us very welcome and this site is a credit to them. There is some traffic noise from the A38 but this certainly did not bother us. We will certainly be returning to this site. We had one of the 3 tent pitches with power hook up and had no problems all weekend. This site is in a good location for North Cornwall. Dog friendly but they need to be kept on a lead due to chickens run on site.

The owners made us feel welcome right from the start, they even helped us put the caravan onto the pitch. We were on the top terrace with fantastic views towards Bodmin moor which were fab. The site is generally quiet apart from the occasional train & the road noise from the A38 in the bottom of the valley, though this didn't really bother us. The toilet block/washing up was kept clean on a regular basis & was in good order. Showers are electric so there's always hot water. Any queries & the owners were fab, nothing to much trouble. We felt like they were old friends. We loved this site & will stay there again when we return to Cornwall.

This site has new owners who promise to be superb. They gave us a great welcome and we can see that they won't take long to get the slightly tired environment up to scratch. We will be definitely be calling again next year!
This is a lovely terraced site with great views of Bodmin Moor. The toilets are nice and clean, there are good dish washing and laundry facilities. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets!

This campsite has a lovely situation with country views. It has a terraced terrain with hardstanding and el hookups with 50 pitches and facilities for caravan storage. Open all the year. This site is on the market and seems a little 'tired'. If new owners lend a magic touch it will be a superior site, until then it is mediocre. The nearby railway and main road offers some background noise but it is not intrusive.

This was the most friendly and warmest welcome we have ever had on a site anywhere.
The site was quiet which suited us down to the ground. Toilet and shower block was clean and fresh smelling.
The pitches were spacious and well segregated.
You could hear a train passing occasionally in the back ground but it really didn't bother us at all.
This is the first site that I really want to visit again.
To summarise - Friendly peaceful and relaxing

Stopped off here on a long distance cycle tour. Very friendly, clean and well run site. Spotless toilet and shower facilities and free hot showers. Laundry facilities (£2 for wash and a further £2 for 1hr drying).
Pitch was flat and well kept. The only real disappointment was it is a very noisy location being only metres away from the main London to Penzance rail line and the A38 which is a busy road day and night.
