11 & 12 August 2003 This was a small and fairly nice site The site is nice and tidy but the camping area is on a slope! The showers and toilet blocks are portacabins and are reasonably clean. Don't take the first showers as they take a while to warm up (as the wife found out). The onsite shop although small had a good range of basic foods etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull. From their web site it appears that they are working to improve the site and this is clearly evident. The only real down side to this site is that in the evening there is a strong smell of sewerage which appears to come from a very large metal container in the corner of the site.
