We stayed here in our tent over the August bank holiday and cant praise the site enough and we are puzzled by the previous reviews as the owners were lovely,
the facilities were clean and well looked after and we were left to enjoy our holiday. Yes there are some rules but this is why the site is so immaculate and well run without being intrusive.
When we camp we always respect our neighbours and try to keep the noise down to a reasonable level and we did see the owners walking round at night to check that everything was OK.
The site is not really suitable for children as there is no playground and there are 2 fishing pools but for adults it is great.
We found a great pub 2 miles away - The Farmers Arms, full of character and lovely meals, and the site is central for Gloucester and Tewksbury and of course The Malverns.
We will be staying again next year and would recommend this site.

I stayed at this campsite to do some walking in the Malvern Hills, for which it was well suited.
I arrived at the site at around 7. 30pm but the owners weren't in. Thankfully a lady, who I would guess is probably a regular, gave me a key which is needed to access the toilet block and a token which is needed to operate the shower. The toilet block was indeed very clean and tidy as people have stated.
I appeared to be the only person with a tent on the site and there was a fair bit of room to pitch up. The site was very peaceful during the evening as there didn't appear to be any children around. I didn't notice any noise from the nearby motorway.
I visited reception in the the morning, and the owner seemed friendly enough. Nothing was said when I arrived back from my walk after 4pm, which was the time you were meant to have vacated your pitch by.
Overall I was impressed with the peacefulness and facilities at the campsite and would probably stay again.

We stayed here for weekend this year with our new trailer tent as a practice camp, and last year in our camper van + tent. Both times we were fortunate to be given a lovely pitch near the fishing lake. It was quiet enough and very relaxing to be near the little lake, although people passed right by us on the way to the lake.
The welcome was warm and on this particular visit we needed their help as we had accidentally severed our electric cable to the trailer. They helped us to locate a repair person who came over to the site and for £50, put in a new connection. We were also advised about a good caravan shop in Welland where we could buy the necessary connection.
As this was a practice camp to learn about the trailer tent, we didn't do much else this weekend, but last year we enjoyed going to the theatre in Malvern and eating out at our favourite restaurant, Pepper and Oz. Malvern is a lovely spot and there is plenty of walking to enjoy nearby, too.
The facilities on-site are well kept - no shop or freezer pack service, but the toilet block is well kept and the showers are fine. One token lasts long enough for a reasonable shower.
The other campers here are often regulars and they are a friendly, supportive bunch. Last year someone gave us matches and this year someone gave us a whole packet of tea as we had forgotten to pack any.
We will definitely go back again as it is very convenient for us to get there and we love the area.

We spent 4 nights at Easter on the site and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The wash block is probably the cleanest we have seen in the three years we have been caravanning.
Beware of the trees when travelling on to your pitch! We caught the roof of our van on a bough one one of the apple trees - ouch £500 to repair! Pitches can be a little on the small size but we didn't find that off putting.
This was our third visit to the site and yes we do agree the owners run a tight ship, but if you play to the rules you won't get a ticking off!
If you fancy a pub meal we can recommend The Farmers Arms about 2 miles away at Birts Street, cracking Hook Norton ale & and a good Sunday lunch.
If you need any caravan kit, Caravanstuff4you at Hanley Swan Workshops is well worth a visit.

It seems to be true, that you can't fool the public! We have just visited the site, and reading the comments I would agree with nearly all.
Overall a nice site. Clean toilets, but badly sited for some, paying for a shower is a bit off, and doesn't allow for a good soak. Water points are wayward, and the pitches are small.
However it is well kept and Keith keeps the local sign company on overtime with the number of Do's and Don'ts. There is nothing for children and the rules regarding walking your bike to the gate seem petty and anti cyclist. Especially as the host blasts around on his own quad bike.

This was a return trip to Kings Green, having spent a weekend there several years ago with a TT.
The site is incredibly clean and well maintained, with high quality amenities (washroom/shower block etc). Reasonable sized pitches with EHU in easy reach, but I'm note sure the site offers any fully serviced pitches. Water supply and grey waste conveniently located with elsan central to each field.
There's very little available nearby (certainly not within walking distance), so come prepared as no on-site facilities/shop either.
A couple of fishing lakes on site, but that's about it; not what I'd call a child-friendly site. Very peaceful and off the beaten track, but as mentioned there can be noise from the M50 on occasion.
Overall, a very pleasant site and one which is let down only by the manner of the staff who seem to appear from nowhere to discourage (not necessarily in a polite manner) any slight indiscretion or contravention of site rules. While we should all respect site rules, there are courteous ways of running a site.

This was our first visit to this site and in fact to Malvern. As stated in previous reviews the site is very well maintained with spotlessly clean facilities. Although the site was mostly caravans we were given a lovely pitch for our tent, with ehu near to the ponds - it was very tranquil and I felt really relaxed there. We often found ducks sitting under the shade of our tent! The site is in a quiet location so you can't really go for a walk to a local pub or shop, and there isn't a shop on site so come well prepared - it's worth it. We have booked to stay again later this month and this time we're taking some friends with us. It's not far from the Malvern hills so if you're keen walkers as we are the site just a short drive away.

We have visited this site many times and always been quite happy, The toilets and showers are very good and fishing is good, but they have moved the Elsan point within the caravan site close to the caravans with NO access to water to clean out the toilet cassette or to clean away the Elsan point.

Superb site, quiet, great toilets which are really clean and well maintained.
It's a working farm, so don't expect a shop or entertainment, although there is gas available and a few eggs.
There's a couple of old tractors kids can play on and plenty of room, but no dedicated toys or other kiddie facilities.
The camping is on the site of the farm's old apple orchard, so you may get lucky with some good English cookers to stew down and chuck in the rice pud.
The only real day-to-day drawback is that if the wind is the wrong way you can get a bit of a drone from the M50, which is about two thirds of a mile due south of the site.
The Malverns (towns and hills), Ledbury and plenty of other nice villages are all within easy reach and well worth wandering round. There's the Severn Valley Railway and, of course, the works tour round the Morgan factory for car nuts.
There is one thing you do need to be aware of though, and it's a biggie: If you are looking for a quiet holiday, do be aware there's a huge annual music festival nearby at Eastnor Castle, probably in early August.
We'll be going back - it was nice. But we'll definitely check when the The Big Chill is on first!

Easy to find. Amazing friendly park. Very clean disabled shower & loo. The Famers pub did great food, and only 10 min drive from the park. The park itself is lovely clean.
Will be going back very soon.
