 This site is great for the combination of fishing and Camping / Caravaning. Wendy and Dave are both very friendly people and couldnt of been more pleasant and accomodating.
The site itself is very flat, so no problems with trying to get things balanced. It is split into 3 sub parts. The statics at the entrance, tourer area and then a seperate field at the back for tents.
The toilet / shower area (Mens) left a little to be desired. 2 toilets and 1 shower for a site of this size, would I imagine, be under a great strain (excuse the pun) during busy periods. Fortunately, the site was relatively quite when I was there.
Overall I would give this site a 7 out of 10. Whilst the river fishing was a disappointment (nature, not Dave or Wendys fault), the lakes are a fishermans paradise and well worth the visit and the price.
Would I go again, most definitely.
