Had a real nice stay. Clean site. Good all round. Plenty of walks. Fishing. Not far from main town.
Would I go back yes.
Bad point, none. Could do at some time putting up a new shower/ toilet block near touring part of site, only because of walking with bad legs. But still had a good rest.

A quiet site with mainly, wide spread, static caravans in very well kept grassy areas.
The touring field and camping field are a short walk from the facilities block. The block reflects the fact that most of the vans are static and don't require separate loos and showers - each side has two loos and a single shower.
Because we were late booking and only wanted a single night we (couple in a VW Campervan) were placed in the camping field which was fine; very quiet and with a hook-up.
Only negative was that there was no lighting in the facilities block the evening we were there and no switches to be found.

Just returned from a fantastic fishing holiday at manor farm. The owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful. The site is very clean and the toilet and showers adequate. There is a laundry room with free washing machines machines and washing lines.
Finding the site is easy via sat nav.
Not much on site for non fishing or golfing folk but the fishing is just amazing with 6 very well managed and very highly stocked lakes. This place is a fisherman's dream complete with tackle shop and cafe on the lake complex
There is an exceptionally friendly and welcoming pub within easy walking distance serving very reasonable priced good quality food and excellent real ale.
All in all an excellent good value holiday for the fisherman or golfer.

Firstly let me mention the plus points:
1) It's cheap 2) It's quiet 3) It's handy to a golf club 4) It's great if your a Fisherman
Now the bad:
1) Don't use a sat nav to get there it takes you to another Anchor Lane across the A46 which is a dead end, narrow road that by the time you realise its the wrong place its too late! It tests your reversing and manoeuvring to the max! There is a small sign warning you but you can't see it as your looking where your going and it is not then in your line of vision! I cannot find mention of this on the website!
2) Don't take kids unless they like fishing or golf as there is nothing for them to do at all especially if its raining!
3)Don't take the wife unless they like fishing or golf as there is nothing for them to do at all especially if its raining and they will not thank you for the toilets!
4) As I have now mentioned them, the Toilets. They are diabolical. I have worked in factories with far better toilets. Hand towels in this day and age are not appropriate, so take your own. No door closer means the main toilet door is always open and it's very draughty! A heater would be nice too! Two toilets and one shower per sex plus a disabled one is it. Dread to think what its like in the height of the season. The water in the sinks is hot but in the showers if you turn the cold off the water is a trickle and too hot(until it runs out) if you turn the cold on it vecomes a bigger trickle and can be too cold instantly.
5) Heavy soil becomes slippy and messy in bad weather.
6) The site generally needs some work doing to it. I know its not easy in this economic climate but access to fresh water at the back of the toilets was via a very rough poor slabbed path that had only been half finished years ago.
So. Just who should go there? Fishermen who are used to working in factories, building sites and on the land I suppose as they will not mind the toilets!
Position of the site in its locale? Well if you have a car you can visit some lovely places like Pershore, Evesham and the Piddles / Slaughters. Farther afield the likes of Redditch / Worcester / Kidderminster / Leamington Spa but there are far better sites to stop at.

We found the park on this website and had no trouble locating it with very good directions. Lovely setting, beautifully laid out park.
A friendly welcome from the owner, this has to be close to the best value in all the parks we had visited over the previous 3 weeks.
We secured a pitch close to the shower block, which is very well appointed and well lit with nice hot showers.
The site is close enough to Evesham for restaurants and shops, and also a local pub which has good quality value meals.
Quiet and peaceful, a great retreat.

We spent the Easter weekend here. This site is lovely and peaceful, a great retreat for those that like Fishing and Golf.
Situated close to Evesham and within easy reach of Stratford.
Very clean basic toilets and shower area, and a separate disabled room.Use the disabled shower loads better:-)
Wash room with bait fridges and washing machines.
Great value for money.
We stayed later on the Monday at no extra cost as noone was in our plot till Tuesday. Thanks
Plot 5a fabulous sun spot but is right next to the road, but did not both us as not much traffic

We spent the 3 days between Xmas and New Year in one of the new units. It was extremely comfortable and warm. The weather was very icy but the roads were well gritted so we were able to get about easily. The local pub is very friendly and serves good reasonably priced food. We visited the fishing lakes which have good access and there was a competition in progress on one of the lakes. We moved on to fish the river which again has good access being able to drive the car straight to the pegs. This is an excellent site for the angle or visitors to the area.

If you are looking for a truly quiet and peaceful out of the way back to basics retreat then this site is it.
A level site. Very very clean and tidy.
The dozen statics are spotless.
Second field is for tourer/trailer tents, then around the rear of them behind trees is a flat empty field for tents, water has to be fetched from the rear of the toilet/shower block.
Facilities are limited to two toilet cubicles and one shower for each sex, but soap and hand towels are provided free of charge along with an electric socket, there is a room with washing machine/freezers.
Couple of pubs in the village some 2 mile away.

We booked this at the last minute as we travelled up to pick up a trailer tent, so unfortunately didn't get electrics.
However the site was really nice. The non electrics were in a large field at the back.
The loos were very clean, it had a room for washing up with free washing machines! they even provide washing up liquid and scourers
The showers were hot enough and inside cubicles so no drafts. The loos were clean and always loo roll.
Most people stay there for the fishing as there are loads of lakes and fishing is free. Or for the golf (pay as you go)
There is a canal nearby and also other good dog walks
The whole area is very quiet which suited us.
If you are looking for bars and swimming pools don't come here! If you want peace and quiet, lots to do, and friendly people, then this will suit you well
