Lovely little site. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and well managed facilities. Easy to walk into the town centre, although it’s not worth a visit.
Great place to watch the shops in the harbour.
The only negative was young children shouting and screaming and running around the site until 10pm.

The site is small but immaculate and well laid out. We were fortunate to get a frontbriw pitch - hubby in his element watching the working harbour which sits along side the pleasure Beach.
Lots of yachts / boating, paddle boards, wild swimming, families enjoying time on a lovely sandy beach.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
A small shop for basics (milk, bread, etc) and bbq packs.
Fantastic that recreation can sit beside industry - great balance.

Not the best site we have been to. Toilets clean but dated, no water power in showers. No one there when we arrived so had to wait.
There is no security, open to everyone to walk through, no restrictions, no barrier there are 2 bollards on the path but you can easily drive around them! did not feel safe.
Easy walk to Peterhead and Aldi close by.
Reviews read prior to booking said lovely view across the bay which is not true, there a fishing vessels there and a power plant of some kind. Be aware if it is foggy as the fog horn goes all night.
We wont be going back

Nice location, friendly staff and good facilities that currently observe the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately this site was on our visit let down by lots and lots of teenagers hanging around the shop area making plenty noise and disturbance. This went on until 10. 45pm, not acceptable on a campsite. They were breaking the taps and generally being a nuisance to campers. We phoned the warden who did call back. After midnight. Then again the following afternoon, too little to late. We won’t return unfortunately unless the neds are stopped from causing a nuisance and late night disturbance.
That’s our view, that’s how it was, it’s a shame because it’s a good location. Sort out the teenagers hanging around and it’ll be a much better experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, small but well equipped park,
All staff were very friendly and went out their way to accommodate us.
Perfectly situated right on the marina and the play park for the kids.
