A very lovely small quiet site which was perfect for an overnight stop off on the way up to the highlands.

We could have stayed longer as plenty to do and visit in the area.

Well kept, clean facilities, and friendly owners. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We stayed here for a night en route home yesterday.

The facilities are lovely, the camping field was flat with a great fire pit by the river and it was nice and quiet apart from owls and oystercatchers!

We arrived late after a delay and the owner was very helpful and understanding.

Friendly welcome on arrival with everything explained and shown to pitch.

Good facilities and nice to have the shop on site for anything you've forgotten eg toiletries.

Beautiful location and not too far away from amenities.

Only recommendation would be an online booking system as the signal wasn't great on the phone and this led to an error in email address (this was quickly rectified however).

Management response: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a nice review. It was great having you with us.

We do have online booking! You can find all the details through our website.

We stayed here for two nights on our journey South. There are only nine tent pitches so book up in advance.

We received a warm welcome and were given the choice of available pitches.

The tent area is across a small bridge, reasonably level, sheltered and has with views to the surrounding hills.

The toilet and wash facilities are OK with plenty of hot water. There was a café/shop at the reception which we didn't use.

A five minute drive gets you to the car park for The Schiehallion. A very straight forward climb with great views from the summit.

Aberfeldy is a 15 minute drive away. Can recommend The Schiehallion Hotel and the bakers next door.

For our needs, a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights.

Friendly staff, who are excellent and personal show you your pitch. They also make great coffee which you can get from the on-site shop.

The location is excellent for exploring Scotland as it's about 2hrs from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, East or West coast.
