David, you owned/managed the site was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

The other people camping were respectful and friendly. Despite there being many young children, my Granddaughters included, the site was pretty quiet around bedtime.

The showers/washing up points/fridge & washing machine were kept clean and tidy. Beautiful views, grass always kept short.

The whole site was excellently maintained. My Granddaughters made lots of holiday friends, at the park on site, and we will definitely return to this campsite.

Great site. Well planned out. We had electric hook up. Plenty of clean showers and toilets and washing up facilities.

We took 2 cars, a large tent and an awning so took a slightly bigger pitch than others, so we were placed with the caravans which wasn't a problem. Nice location.

Would stay again.

The site is well situated for access to Winchester, Southampton by car. Bus route to Winchester too. Close to Stockbridge and the lovely Mayfly pub.

1 mile to Crawley and the fabulous Fox pub- Sunday lunch was amazing. No dog walking on site but a good walk over the road to let dogs off lead.

The site is fine, dependent on what your looking for. August bank holiday, understandably busy, very cramped and not much room between pitches.

Tents with adult groups playing music and being quite loud into the night would be an issue to some.

The shower/toilet facilities were lacking in numbers with so many pitches and needed cleaning more frequently.

We were in a Motorhome but would imagine if in a tent and dependent on the facilities it would be difficult.

Online check, great, but no sign of anyone in charge.

 Lovely, well run camp site.

Not far to walk to any facilities from anywhere on the site.

Close to Aldi and Waitrose. Bus stop outside camp site into Winchester.

Lovely site - lots of level pitches,

Great location for exploring Winchester - bus stop just outside site (limited service but timetable up in site).

Not a huge number of toilets and showers but didn’t have to wait long to use at any time, even when site was fairly busy - and immaculately clean.

Plenty of washing up sinks and water points.

Attractively landscaped and very friendly, helpful owner/ manager.

Highly recommend - would definitely stay again if in the area.

After a very long winded booking process checked in no human contact. Arrived on a busy Saturday full of families with children running wild to Sunday and quiet peaceful space.

Well cut campsite level pitches.

Facilities basic.

4 miles from Stockbridge 5 miles from Winchester, bus stop outside site 6 days a week.

Local pub 1 mile away closed due to COVID staffing levels.

No where to walk the dog unless you walk up the road.

Lovely campsite with beautiful views. Good facilities, didn't queue for shower or washing up station whilst we were there.

Proximity to the playground meant we were in for very late nights and early mornings, but the kids were having fun so all fine there.

Was strange to not have any owners/staff come round and check on you.

Shower rooms are screaming out for a shelf to put your wash bag etc whilst you're in the shower - this is the only constructive criticism I have for this site. Will definitely visit again.

Only a 10 minute drive to supermarkets/takeaways.

Fantastic campsite! Perfect for our family to get away for a weekend. It was so peaceful, gorgeous views and the play area was wonderful for the children to play in. They barely left it.

We forgot a few bit and it was great to be able to nip down the road to the shops. Even went to get fish and chips and ice creams.

The facilities were great and felt very comfortable/safe with using it all.

We will definitely be back and hope for much of the same amazing weather :)

Clean and tidy. Nice level pitches.

Toilets and showers are a bit of a hike from the pitches but the good weather meant this was not a problem.

Would use again as it is close to family and friends.

Great level grass pitches. Bats come out around 9pm. Lucky with good weather. Quiet site. Allows sensible camp fire.

Toilet/shower blocks all work, could be modernised a little bit. Good local amenities.

Lovely countryside within 5 minutes each direction. Big skies, star gazing.

Will return.
