 New toilets and showers are very good, clean and tidy all round,
Helpful staff.
Fishing very good as normal,

Love five ways. We had beautiful weather again. And the fishing is great, lots of bug fish to catch.
Cafe does a great breakfast and also bring your food to where you are staying or your fishing spot.
Great service.
Will be returning soon with lots of family members for a long week end. 👍💯

There was absolutely nothing to dislike at the campsite it was a beautiful place to stay and the facilities were outstanding
Very clean and tidy toilets / showers, also on site cafe was good with excellent service
Also having the fishing lake right next to us was great for all the family.
Already planning our next stay well worth the 6 hour drive from Cornwall.

Nice site. Very friendly staff.
Plenty of room for children to play.
Good fishing.
Large size pitches.
It is a good distance off the road so no traffic noise.

Lovely stay at 5 ways lakes,
Site was clean and quiet, with lovely lakes to explore.
Facilties were always clean.
Not to far from amenities.
Would recommend.

Love that the children can go exploring around the beautiful lakes obviously respecting the fishermen,
Very clean site with good facilities,
We have visited twice now and would recommend this place,
Small shop and cafe on site and close to other amenities,

Son and myself in our winter tent, adult daughter stayed in a shepherd's hut. The hut was very comfortable, with a kettle and tea/coffee- kettle was invaluable when our gas bottle froze!
Love the site - pleasant short walk round the lakes (we don't fish!), hedges between some pitches. We were given options but chose the spot closest to the shepherd's hut.
Very quiet when we were there which was perfect for us but it gets busy at times.
New facilities block is being built - hopefully when finished there'll be hooks in showers, maybe an outside light (toilets/showers were lit inside) and hot water in wash basins as apparently there won't be heating.
Cafe on site is very useful- not cheap but food is delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I'll be interested to return when the work's all finished!

Clean toilets and showers, campsite was also tidy, caught lots of fish in the lakes, polite staff
Overall had a really good time 10/10.

Absolutely great site and facilities.
Pity about the 21st birthday party that went on until 3 o clock in the morning. I can't believe how it was allowed to carry on until that time.

Great campsite with nice lakes, decent toilets and warm shower. The only few bad things to say/ area for improvement are more bins for dog waste are needed around the site and not just one general waste bin by reception.
It a shame there is no recycling on site either and no proper chemical disposal. It basically just empty your waste in a toilet located in a shed next to reception.
On the day of our departure someone blocked that toilet so we couldn’t even empty it there. More signage like ‘drinking water’ or ‘waste disposal’ would be great.
Overall we had a great time and campsite has a nice atmosphere and good for fishing but definitely areas for improvement.
We stayed on site in our motorhome so can’t comment on local area or food in the cafe.
