 A nice campsite with two large lakes for fishing. Good size plots and a cafe on site.
About a mile, unfortunately down a busy road with no footpath in places, to a nice little village called Wolvey. Wolvey has a couple of nice pubs and a post office.
Didn't like walking our dog down the busy road so asked about any other route - with help from staff, found a route across fields at the back of the site which although longer, was much better for us.

Really peaceful place. Nice walks around the lakes.
Very clean toilets and showers.
Helpful staff.
Useful cafe on site should you not feel like cooking.

Nice site simple, lakes were good, local to us so easy to get there, dog friendly but no bins for waste, quite a long walk to get water and empty waste water.
A new toilet block and showers, looks like there doing some upgrading.
Will go again hopefully will bring friends.

A peaceful stay at 5 ways Lakeside, friendly staff,
Clean site, fishing lakes looked good, didn't try them this time but will be in the future.
Will be going back.

Two family's with tents, We enjoyed a peaceful field to ourselves for 3 of the nights.
2 of our 5 nights the toilets ran out of toilet roll due to an event in the marquee where guests left the toilets in a right state! & following a rally group another night.
We will be back in the future and will remember to bring toilet roll for emergencies.

Great stay and great value. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The loos and showers were great with hot water most of the day.
We had a nice walk round one of the small lakes and a short drive to the local pub for lunch.
Could be a good addition to sell fire wood on site.
Will defo be returning!

We booked mainly to do the fishing which was a joy, plenty of action and excitement during fishing.
The site is quite, staff are pleasant and the on off times we’re very flexible, no getting up early to pack away.
We will be back again very soon.

Lovely place plus the staff are very friendly, plus they do it's got a new shower and toilet block.
The grounds are kept very tidy. It has 2 well stocked lakes, plus you can have a sit down breakfast a well stocked fridge of pop plus sweets for the children.

We had a great weekend- plenty of room and spent quality time with family and friends including playing ball games, water fun and a fire on the evening.
The manager was really helpful and booked us in at the last minute after we were let down by another site!
New showers and toilet block were nice and there is an on-site shop.
We had the best weekend, thank you !

Had a lovely weekend,
Didn’t use the facilities so can’t really comment but our pitch was good and the site is very quiet and relaxing.
Enjoyed the fishing and lunch delivery.
Will definitely return😊
