Sorry to have to disagree with all these reviews, but we've just left there, and it was awful.
The location is excellent, but that's where the compliments end.
For the very high daily fee (£37 is a lot) we got a small pitch, almost touching the outfit next to us, right alongside a field used for football. So footballs and rugby balls were flying about, hitting cars, tents and caravans.
But the worst aspect of this site was the men's shower block. Ladies' one was ok, but the men's was dreadful. Grubby floor, sloshed down daily but not properly cleaned. The floor desperately needs a power wash to remove the grime.
Toilet rolls were frequently empty, and the block was not smelling very sweet by the end of the day.
The worst shower/toilet block I've experienced in years, and that includes £10 a night farm sites.
The 'entertainment' was hopeless. A lady on the stage yelling quips and nonsense into the microphone so loud you couldn't understand a word, and shouting out bingo numbers.
During the day, the staff were never seen about the place keeping an eye on things. If they had been, all these problems could have been sorted out - except the shower block cleanliness which was sub-standard even immediately after the daily hose-down.
Grubby, small pitches, and during the day totally unsupervised. We definitely won't be returning there.

We have just returned from this site and loved it! One of the best sites we have ever visited and would certainly return. Very friendly staff, great site and really loved JC the entertainer! We found the toilets to be of normal standard and swimming pool was busy at times but very clean.
The only complaint we had was some noisy children outside our tent for two nights running. We made a complaint at reception and were told to phone right away if happened again and it would be dealt with right away. As it was it didn't happen again, but the response was very good.
Cant fault this site in anyway and once again fell in love with Tenby.

Agree with previous review about Children and play park, we were right next to the park and got them running through our pitch. Toilets were clean but not immaculate, and by the end of the day was never any toilet roll.
One of the shower in Mens toilets not working - only produced cold water never hot. Water was very hot at times, no longer need the 20p to shower though. Swimming pool warm but murky and got very busy on wet days,
We had ehu and had a problem as another tent came later than us and was plugged into the same point as us somehow and was not supposed to be so the electric kept tripping. Couldn't use our heater or George Foreman because of this. Did report it and was told that it would be sorted the next morning but wasn't, 2 days later was told that they would get it sorted there and then, but didn't happen.
Need £10 when checking in for the barrier key which is returned to you when you return the key fob. Site mainly statics and tourers with small field for tents.
Love the area - great beaches and plenty for everyone, would I use this site again - probably not.

Just returned from a very wet Jubilee week. I would recommend this camp site.
Bad Points - Tents are on a small area used for ball games in front of the children's park. We did have problems with children kicking footballs against the tent and getting lippy when asked to move. We were initially worried as there was a large bonfire near the pitch (not ideal when in a tent!) and we were next to the car park.
There was noise from cars, kids using a nearby garage door to kick their balls against until very late at night and late night drinkers. It was hit and miss with toilet roll in the loos. The partitians and doors in swimming pool changing rooms were wobbly so nothing locked, we just walked up in our costumes in the end.
Good points - Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Freezer blocks were free to freeze, toilets and showers weren't busy and were clean, swimiming pool, gym, launderette and club house. Nice friendly family feel site. Fish and chips at next door campsite (Buttyland). Small unspoilt surfing beach (Manorbier) within 10 minute drive away. Ideal location for visiting this lovely area.
We would use this site again.

We took our folding camper and used a hard standing pitch at the bottom of the site within 60 yards of the shower block. Pitches were level and well done, but only of adequate size, you did not want to park next to your unit, otherwise you would have had no space beyond the awning.
The Children's play areas were both very good, but a lack of a field to play on (the only field was full of tents, but it was the height of the season) meant that the car park was constantly full of children on scooters and bikes.
There were plenty of water points and electric supplies were very close to the pitched on pillars with lighted tops at night.
The elsan and waste water point was very good and situated by the shower block.
The shower/toilet blocks were always clean, and were heated overnight, the showers were very very good, but were 20p a go (although I could comfortably shower my small boy and myself in the time allowed), also if you used the swimming pool, the showers attached to the pool were free.
The swimming pool was good, and well heated, but was small for the size of the site and did get crowded.
The meals in the clubhouse were very nice, and reasonably priced.
Evening entertainment for young children was very good.
Site location was OK, but you really had to drive to go anywhere including the local beach.
We would visit again if we visit Pembrokeshire again

Very friendly staff to greet us and show us to our space, clean spacious showers (20p but always hot)and toilets.
Only a small area for tents quite close to the caravans owned by some people whose children could have been a little less noisy after dark.
Excellent entertainment and bar with some very good family meals. Lovely warm clean and safe indoor swimming pool too.
The tent area was right next to an exciting play area which my children loved.
I felt very safe on site as there was a remote controlled gate so only paying guests could drive in. I would go again, Tenby beaches are fantastic!

Stayed here Saturday night, having rung on Tuesday to ask if they had space for just one night, very accommodating indeed, advised me to book just in case the sun came out and was pipped to the post by other tourers.
Wonderfully clean site, showers immaculate and your clothes don't get wet! They charge 20p, which I personally don't mind, although I'd advise putting 40p in if you have long hair to wash. The pool is clean and warm, the clubhouse friendly and inviting. There are a lot of regular customers there who obviously come to spend the weekend in their own statics who all know each other, but the staff still make EVERYONE feel welcome.
We're not ones to stay on site for too long though, and if we don't stay here again its only because we're off to look at the wonderful country of mine from a different base.
Pembrokeshire is another one of Wales' wonderful counties and I'm going to see them all.

I was very impressed. The staff were very helpful, I'm not the best at reversing so one of the staff put the van on for me. I did read up on reviews from before and they have been looking, we was given a voucher on arrival that gave us access to the tennis courts, sauna & steam room and gym all free of charge. We still had to book but we could use it as much as we wanted. The kids loved jc the entertainer, he kept us all entertained. The swimming pool was lovely and clean, and the kids loved it. The area is beautiful, we visited a couple of places but we never had enough time to get everything in. All in all this park is a lovely place to go, it has everything you need, all the facilities of one of havens sites, but not stupidly busy. I've booked up again for the summer and we're considering a seasonal pitch for next year.

Really loved his park. There are not many sites that I have been too where I have been impressed with all aspects of the site.
The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a lovely family club house, a gym, clean shower block, well maintained swimming pool.I could go on.
My children (6 and 4) loved it here. In fact me and my partner have decided to purchase a seasonal pitch on the site for next year as we were that impressed.
There was a lovely children's play area just opposite out caravan - my children were able to go and play over there on thier own as we could watch them from the caravan. The club house had great entertainment for the kids and a lovely games room.
An excellent location in terms of access to the park and places to visit in Tenby/Saundersfoot.
My only regret is that we didn't find this park in early summer. We will have to wait for the season to begin next year now before we can go back and really take advantage of the excellent facilities!

We had spotted this site while coming home from our last holiday and it looked really impressive. A five star resort with spa, sauna and indoor pool plus gym and added to it all a club house with entertainment every night.
We were very excited and were even talking about siting there. After our week in manorbier would I still site there? No. The campsite was very clean, the bathrooms were lovely. The people were friendly and helpful and the on site entertainer very good.
The down sides was this is one of the most expensive sites I have ever been on but everything cost extra, 20p per shower, £3.50 to use the sauna, gym etc. per session, it all adds up.
Expensive restaurant that closed quite early but there was a garden centre next door that did really reasonable food that was very nice.
The beach and village are over 2 miles away down narrow dangerous lanes so you really do need a car. If the site was located closer to the beach etc this would be a really good site.
