What a wonderful find, a great site with the facilities we needed (waste water, fresh water, recycling)

As we didn't require EHU we stayed in the campervan field which is well kept and pretty flat.

There are good walks nearby which was perfect for dog walking.

Had 2 nights. Lovely site In beautiful setting. Stayed on grass, no elh.

Shame local pub closed.

No facilities except waste and water.

Local town is Amble. With beautiful marina. Lovely restaurants.

Will return soon.

What a wonderful little site. You need to be in a fully self contained unit as there is only ehu and a water tap so no toilets or showers.

We were greeted by the very friendly owner who made sure we knew where everything was located and was on hand with any issues we may have. There weren't any.

The main site has 10 pitches, 2 of which are hard standing. They have another field which they use for Caravan club events etc. but I was told that you can stay in that section for a lower nightly rate, however, there is no ehu in that section.

It is very well sited for exploring the area being only about 4 miles from Druridge Bay, 3-4 miles from Amble and 2 miles from Warkworth.

Access is easy with it being situated about 10 minutes from the A1. There is a road nearby but the traffic noise wasn't an issue.

When we were there, there was only 1 other motorhome and 1 caravan there so it was very peaceful.

Nice small site with big pitches. Water, rubbish and Elsan close to the center of the site.

Hook ups all close by your pitch.

Close to Amble where you have shops, fuel and takeaways.

Even though you have to use your own facilities its still very good value.

Plus point it's only about 10 mins from the A1

We were welcomed by a very friendly owner who didn’t mind we were arriving later then agreed.

The site itself is very well maintained, need and quiet during the night.

A welcome stay for 1 or more days.

First time at this campsite, very spacious pitch, well maintained grounds,

Had a slight problem with our gas regulator, the owner/staff went out his way to help

We will definitely be returning, 😁

Lovely quiet site, very helpful friendly owner, will come back.

I've scored low for facilities in case anyone expects showers etc. It didn't bother me as I am self contained and just wanted a scenic quiet site which it is.

The little picket fences between each pitch are a nice touch

We loved this site, was fully booked for ehu so could pitch where we liked in a adjoining field,

£12 a night we thought was very good, fresh water, elsan point.

Short walk ( 10 mins ) to local pub and a bus stop.

Friendly owner, sold fresh eggs.

Would definitely return if in the area.

Lovely site. Owners are very welcoming.

The site is very quiet with great walks nearby.

We stayed on the non electric Rally Field so I can't comment on the electric pitches.
