Totally love this site.
Very welcoming family business, on local farmland.
11 pitches on grid electric hook up, drinking water taps and toilet waste.
Another 3 field pitches too with water and waste
Points. Recycling point too!
There's also a book case waterproof and dvd case to borrow what you like.
Local villages and Amble just over a mile away.
So many places to visit right on the doorstep.
Castles, beaches, nature reserve too.
So far this year we've spent over 50 days here and never had any problems.
The owners go out of there way to help in any way possible if needed.
We were there too when someone reviewed about on van leaving dogs to run around and them owners left them all day.
This is untrue.
They left them for 3 hours maximum, as I always think about dogs being left too long.
That couple never left them all day.
We also saw them on long lashes I remember them being brought coloured leaders.
Never saw them running around off leash apart from the poodle type dog, which had good recall.

Stayed here a couple of nights with our dog and found the site lovely flat and peaceful,
Nearest shop for food is the co-op in hadston, coast of amble and Alnwick close by and lots of other places to visit,
One water tap and one waste, electric is on a meter not a bad price, also there is a rally field but not sure if there is electricity on it, no facilities so make sure you are equipped,
Would definitely go back, my only gripe is other people's dogs which are allowed to just roam about not on a lead one van in particular had 3 dogs roaming and barking and under no control at all, even came into our awning, !, they also left them all day in the caravan while they went out for the day, which is completely irresponsible as a dog owner I find this extremely inconsiderate to others

Excellent value for money.
Quiet site close to great attractions such as Amble, Warksworth and Alnmouth.
Easy cycling on quiet lanes with few challenging inclines.
Owners helpful and friendly.
Would stay here anytime I was in the area.

Lovely quiet site, nice to just chill for a couple days,
We were off grid, clean tidy.
Just what we like. To get away from hustle and bustle.
Lovely chat to horses in next field lol

Fabulously quiet and peaceful site. Accepts dogs and some nice little footpaths nearby.
Water and chemical toilet empty, electrical hook up at some points.
Lovely spot for a couple of nights or longer.
2 and a half miles to Amble.
Pretty fishing port with lots of Fish restaurants and eateries.
Small Tesco in Amble.
Recommend this site.

A delightful site for a quiet break.
Generous pitch size and friendly helpful owner.
Very close (3 miles) to Amble and a large Morrison supermarket.
Many people store there caravan there and the owner pitches them and returns them at a small fee.
