We had a fantastic week in the woods. There are two separate sites (one with a 4 person tent and one with a 2 person tent) but are close enough if you were in a group. We loved everything about this site. Sue and Mick really make sure you do not want for anything and keep the facilities very clean. We had fresh veg from their garden and eggs from their hens. They were very tolerant of our two energetic boys walking the dogs with Sue and also letting the dogs play with them whenever they wanted.
The Green tent has two futons and a little wood burner which we didn't need as it was very cosy without it. The kitchen tent is a large tent with plenty of space around the table and all the equipment you need. Sue changes the ice packs daily. There is also a barbecue and all the barbecue equipment is supplied too. The shower, loo and sink are situated in a caravan but are not of caravan quality. It is more like a normal bathroom.
The best part of the holiday (for my husband in particular) was the campfire. We spent most of the time sat on the settee around the fire or relaxing in the hammock. One evening we walked to the pub for a meal - very good food. I recommend walking along the road as it is much quicker than trying to negotiate the local footpaths!
Beccles is perfectly situated if you want a beach holiday, go on the Norfolk Broads or go to an amusement arcade, zoo etc. Sue has put a file in the kitchen tent with all the local attractions to cater for all tastes.
If you have children, then definitely come here. Sue really engages with children. She runs workshops for children and brought my two boys materials to make a spaceship and a saturn and showed them how to do it.
We camp regularly but this was above and beyond a normal camping experience and I think a huge part of this are the owners. The only downside was we could only stay one week.

The week me and Steve stayed at woods at harmony was just brilliant. The site was lovely, the sleeping tent was really comfortable with a beautiful view, the kitchen tent had everything you need and the toilet/shower( housed in a caravan)was nice and clean. We spent every day out discovering something new, the area has so much to offer, and sat chilling round the fire in the evenings. Suzanne, Mick and Daisy were wonderful hosts and a pleasure to meet and everywhere they suggested we go was spot on. We have travelled far and wide and had some great experiences and this was up there with them. I would highly recommend some time in the woods!

We had the most amazing 3 days and nights here a couple of weeks ago. Simply a fantastic site. There are 2 pitches of pre-erected tents. The actual set up is extremely well thought out. We were in the white tent which had its own sleeping tent with lovely futon and wood burning stove to make it toasty in the evenings! Then there is a kitchen tent, with sink, table, chairs etc and all of the saucepans and cutlery you could ever want along with a gas cooker (essential especially after a long drive!).
Outside we had our own campfire, bbq and sofa to while away the nights. A short distance from our tent is the toilet and shower (again well maintained). The owners - Suzanne and Mick were wonderful too and really have thought of everything.
I cant express how much we loved this site. The area is also great - really close to beccles and driving distance from the coast, which we explored. Loved it and will return as soon as possible!

We booked as novice campers and were delighted with the facilities on offer. We were expecting to rough it but the actual experience was quite the opposite. The site had all mod cons including fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The main sleeping tent was very comfortable and toasty warm through the night with the built-in wood burner. There was even a sofa by the bonfire pit (supplied with mountains of wood) which was a nice touch!
The setting was quiet and peaceful, backing on to a field, and our hosts were always available if needed (which they weren't).
Essentially, this combines the best elements of camping without any of the discomfort or hassle. We'll be back next year!

A group of us went to woods harmony ages ranging from 21 to 54, we all wanted to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday living and be at one with nature and the elements and was we tested: gale force winds pouring rain, October chill, but we had the best time ever. Suzanne and Mick were great hosts, we wanted for nothing, the tents were warm with the fire going and outside we had a proper big camp fire. The kitchen tent had a big family table which we all sat round talking and playing games.

I only stayed one night but it is exactly as it is promoted, back to nature camping without the hassle! Everything you need is supplied from the tent to a fully equipped kitchen. Everything very clean and site very eco-friendly.
If you are looking for a party site with up to date facilities this is not for you but for a quiet, relaxing weekend away from it all this is perfect. Mick and Sue the owners very friendly and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them.
The Fox pub in the next village is an excellent place for food or about a 10 min drive is The Swan at Barnby
Will definitely go back!
