Just had another overnight stop-off here, A little gem of a CL site a few miles off the A9. Stayed here several times now over the years, never disappointed, and every visit has been a pleasure. Quiet and welcoming. Perfect for visits around southern and central Perthshire or overnight stops along the A9. Site toilet and shower facilities, if needed, are in the 'barn', up a narrow set of steps, clean and hot water plentiful. Dog friendly walk on site. Excellent.

What a sweet little site small but perfectly formed
The owner a great old man who was so helpful and went about the site on his small mobile scooter feeding the fish, in a large lake and the two goats the donkey along with chickens I believe there was fishing in the lake.
The facilities block comprised of two rooms in the barn each with shower, toilet and basin there was no wash up facilities but an elsan point, grey water area and drinking water tap
There was a short walk into Dunning passed the strawberry fields (these were sweet and delicious ) you pass the golf club which is open for coffee and tea to visitors.
The village has village store really good selection of products and a Nisa convenience store come post office. There are 3 pubs, we ate lunch in The Kirkstyle, very good food and other half joined the locals for a wee dram in the Thorntree
A lovely stop over for a couple of nights on our way to Edinburgh.

This is a lovely wee, well-kept site a short distance north of the village of Dunning (on the B9141) where there are a couple of good pubs serving food and two small shops for basic provisions. The location is also accessible from the A9.
The 2 toilet plus shower rooms (1 male and 1 female) are quite adequate. There is a small animal enclosure and a small fishing lake. It's an adults only site which is probably wise given the small lake.
The facilities seem to be well tended, with a mixture of grass and hard standing serviced pitches, which are all on level ground. The warden is friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
The area is excellent for countryside pursuits - cycling, golf, walking etc and Crieff, Stirling and Perth are all within striking distance.
Very peaceful and a great place to recharge the batteries. We'll be back!

Excellent site with showers and toilets. Although it's a CL it is licensed by the local authority for more - 10 I think. Does what it says on the tin. This place has everything for a peaceful adult site in a great area. Handy for Perth with Edinburgh or Glasgow within reasonable driving distance and of course the Perthshire countryside. Previous winner of CL awards - and you'll see why when you visit. Oh and schhhhh. Don't tell a soul.

Super!
Quiet, with NOTHING there; no screaming kids on bikes, no footballs, no drunks staggering back from the Club, no mud, no noisy radios or TV sets, no hassle, no road noise.NOTHING!
A super CL with a laid back atmosphere, a really nice owner, good facilities for a CL, hard standings, five minute morning stroll to the village shop, post office, bowling club, pub or hotel, walks from the site, reasonable sized town within 10 minutes by car, Perth city centre within 20 minutes.
But shhhhhhhh, don't tell everyone or it'll be booked solid!
