 As the name suggests the site is on the bank where the rivers Rhein and Mosel meet, opposite the Deutches Eck. Arriving in Koblenz late, we found that this site was very well sign posted from the City centre. This is a very large site but only has facilities in the middle, so if you are on the edge of the site it can be a little walk. The tent area is a free for all, so could feel a little crowded and tents are not allowed electricty. For this reason (having a full fridge on arrival) we could only stay one night. The facilities were very clean, however we could not find the washing up area (must be one somewhere). This site is ideally situated to go into Koblenz, and to explore the Rhein area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. There is a cafe on site.
